Thanks Mario, it would be soooo nice for me not to have to go down there for 90 day reporting..it takes me quite a while to get there from Seraphi lol

Thanks for the prompt reply nzexpat...I tried filling the form in again, but no luck...before i contact them, a quick question, my actual report date is the 20th June, is it perhaps like the Online queue for the retirement visa, where you cant apply early, iow, should i leave it to a bit later?

I live in Chiang Mai, when i tried to fill in the form, it keeps refering me to contact the Immigration office. Is 90day reporting online not available yet in Chiang Mai?
The first part of the form is easy enough to understand, where it asks the flight number I arrived on in 2007, i obviously couldn't fill that in, besides it didn't have a red asterisk next to it. But as soon as I try to submit the form it refers me to the Imm Dept...am I doing something wrong?
Help would be appreciated

I live in CM and last Songkran, a bib came home on the first day, as he was riding his m'bike past my house his phone rang, saw him stop to answer it and promptly forgot to put his feet down when i rushed outside to help him, he got all <deleted> shirty with me this guy was beyond pi$$ed. The neighbor told me that he's the same every year and promptly left him lying there.

I'm sure this article has been "copied and pasted" from the year before and the year before and the year before.

Its not unheard of anywhere for bored teenagers to vandalise property, race bikes etc... its also not unheard of for bored teenagers to attack someone.
As such it could easily be a simple case of this guy being in the wrong place at the wrong time with a bunch of bored teenagers out on the prowl looking for a bit of trouble.
There were stories of something like this happening years ago where they rode past a westerner and hit him on the back of the head with a plank of wood...
Sometimes there simply is no reason regardless of how healthy the guy looks.
Just because someone doesn't have a beer gut, it doesn't mean he is a scrapper !! - Some of the comments so far defy intelligence !
Beenj in this same situation myself and I'm 68. Bought a new bike and my mate and i were riding back from a Sunday afternoon ride when 2 youngsters tied to push me off my bike. I stopped and they came back for me. My mate saw what was happening, turned around, and as soon as they saw i had backup they took off like a shot. Wonder what would have been my fate? Suppose i was looking for it or done something wrong in the past hey balo!

The first time I came to Thailand(Pattaya) 10 years ago, unknowingly I drank water from the tap in my hotel room because where I come from(CapeTown) the tap water is fabulous. I got so sick and when the proprietor decided to warn me, a bit late, he also advised that if an ice cube hasn't got a hole in it don't use it.There is no way I would drink water from a tap in Thailand. The Australian government also has this on its travel warnings, Don't drink the water or have ice. Bottled water only.

The safest way to stay healthy in Thailand is to follow my advice. NEVER drink water. Drink only Leo beer .
Never drink water....fish fornicate in it.

With all the crime going on there there must definitely be something in the water.

Read the article....says naught about Pimps."Thai 'pimps' ... selling kids"? Doesn't the article say he abducted those boys? While any type of child abuse should be fought and made public, we should also be careful to not dramatize and create an image that isn't true. In my four years in Thailand, I didn't encounter any type of child prostitution or "pimps selling kids". But I do know such statements from the Western yellow press and from people who have never been to Thailand or who saw some young-looking hooker in Pattaya and thought she is 16 and not 29.

Must have been Poms!I saw a pack of aliens walking around Wororot Market today with dazed looks on their faces. They were wearing long socks and sandals and had blonde hair and blue eyes. Did not see their ship though.

Babcock,
You can get ALL sports 24/7 here: http://www.vipbox.tv/
It's takes a little getting used to but I'm sure you'll figure it out. There are a lot of add popups, just delete them one by one(they also have automatic time outs) and then click on the full screen to eradicate all of them. It is completely free of charge, hence the adds. BTW the faster your internet connection the better.
From there you need a PC to TV cable if you wish to watch it on your TV.

Well American football fans are now happy with ESPN returning, but being English I would like to see some cricket. I suspect that the Australians, NewZealanders and some other nationals would like it too.
There is enough sports channels showing a lot of sports that are no way near as popular as cricket. I would even upgrade my subscription to see this sport especially the T20 and one day games.
Any support for this.
I agree with you Pormax, cricket and also rugby union are far more popular than a lot of the sports channels featured.
Was a sad day when sat tv lost Supersport
Also just for the record, i was hoping that they would reintroduce Fox News. I know a lot of people will shout me down about this but i like to see both (Conservative and Liberal) points of view. CNN is just as one sided as FOX.
Rugby has its own channel on True! Much as I would love to see cricket, I can't see it being popular with the Thai customer base.
Although being 'liberal' myself, I'd love to see Fox News on True. CNN is full of dreary 'features', while Fox at least as some life even if the likes of Hannity, O'Reilly et al make my blood boil. I'd pay good money to see Fox cover Obama's re-election!
Brewster, thanks, which channel? Most of the rugby I've seen is League, not Union, eg. Super15 and Rugby World Cup.
I would also love to watch, Obama's re-election campaign. Right now I'm watching CNN "the situation room" with that fool Wolf Bitzer, talk about bias, holy crap.
I have heard that the reason True doesn't broadcast Fox News is because it is too expensive, surely you and I are not the only ones who want Fox.
