  1. The famous French Arabic crowds of Phuket. ssstwitter.com_1745393058703.mp4
  2. The type I am talking about ("boil-and-bite") is not custom-made at the dentist's. You do the adjustment to your jaw and the titration yourself. However some of them are excellent and practically as good as the ones that are custom-made, for a fraction of the price.
  3. Of course it is. It's called a MAD for Mandibular Advancement Device.
  4. No, I can't, but I know that some boil-and-bite devices are excellent and cost a tenth of this amount.
  5. 2. I'm not 100% sure, but I think your friend would have to have their first visa cancelled before being able to apply for the DTV. 4. Just talk to a visa agent.
  6. The 90-day report of address is called TM47. What you are asking about is probably the TM30. If you search for these specific "forms", you'll find relevant information. I find this website useful https://tm30.io/tm30_vs_tm47 . One's host (hotel, landlord, etc.) is supposed to do the TM30 within 24 hours after their guests (tenant, etc.) have arrived at their place of residence. As DrJack54 said, it's not that strictly enforced.
  7. Typical... Try your luck with a cover letter explaining your situation. Provide evidence of the LTR visa(s), funds in brokerage account and $2K not seasoned for 3 months. It is not unlikely to work.
  8. 2K? 2,000 USD? Where does this come from? It's a very small amount of money, so I am surprised... Should it be on a bank account which holder is the child or one of the parents? Such a small amount... Just do as they ask. What difference does it make? However, I'm pretty sure it does not make any sense. I've inquired about admission at an international school, they did not care at all which visa my son holds.
  9. I've just read your "Divorce, yes or no?" topic. If you're moving to a provincial town or village in Thailand, you'll have lots to do with your kids. There won't be any decent school around your place. You'll have to homeschool them if you want them to learn something and to be fluent in your native language. That should keep you busy and you won't need a work permit for that.
  10. Working remote (for companies which are not established in Thailand) is your only option. A bit of a grey area for some visas, but manageable.
  11. Please remind me how large Singapore is.
  12. Of course I know about the IDP. Unfortunately, ours are almost expired and applying for fresh ones comes with significant costs and hassles, since we do not live in the country where they were issued.
  13. Sorry, but I am not sure to understand. I know a CoR is valid for a month only, but did you get a CoR on the basis of a TM30 registration made by a hotel? What did you show to the officer?
  14. Thank you, interesting. Which means that I could drive a car registered under the name of the previous owner? Does not solve our problem though, since we'll have to apply for Thai driving licenses as well.
  15. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I really need a car very quickly to drive my son to school and need planning. The fact that airbnb hosts do not always comply with their TM30 obligations is precisely why I am thinking about booking a night or two in a hotel to get a TM30. And I'd love to have a confirmation that this will work.
