Coke does not dilute the taste of any kind of whiskey. of course if you'Re a light weight, you will put too much cola but 1/3 whiskey and 2/3 cola (or more whiskey) is enough to taste the difference
There is a HUGE difference in quality over the 350 baht whiskey at 7/11, the 800baht (100 piper) sewer whiskey, and the delightfull Chivas 12years old whiskey.
im not sure which blue label is the cheapest. but one time with my friend they ordered it(blue i think) without me knowning since i asked for the average or expensive one, well i got sick after 1 glass.. had to buy my own bottle.
of course ive never been poor and have always drank or ate great food, so my taste is developed. if you come from a regular american family eating cheap hamburger steaks nightly, its normal that you dont and are just jealous of people with more money than you enjoying themselves to a nice alchool.

I have been to CK bali house in sathorn before, the internet is horrible
House by the pond on soi 22 are a bunch of thiefs and the owner is a grade 1 violent asshol_e (was there 2 months) and the internet is pretty bad
winlongview has everything but its kind of in the middle of nowhere.

i went there last night so now i can comment.
The original poster is a real whiny baby. i sat with my gf at a 2 seat table(although there was 2 couple at a 4 place table since the place was almost empty)
and i had a real great view. Theres 2 or 3 two person table about 1 meter away from the 'window' of this open air restaurant. You can see the 'ocean'(although rawai beach is quite crappy to look at) and the 'traffic'(1 motorbike every min and maybe 2 cars) as good as if u were seated at the 4 seat table.
Also the pizza's taste the same as basilico in bangkok which is pretty high grade for thai pizza(nothing can beat north american pizza if you've lived there.. the fat and... ALL DRESSED)

just dump the seat from your bars and voila...
or you could always tie rubber seat to the ceiling like a bunch of swings for seat.. which would make it a swing and probably get you away from this fine.. tons of other solution

i was thinking of going back 6months to canada and getting married there but my girlfriend is pregnant and theres no way i want to pay the 6500$ that it cost to get a c-section.

i went there 3weeks ago. first i was overcharged, they charged me 11000baht for xrays which i never took.
the nurses had no idea how to take blood or put the iv on, my mom is a nurse and ive had them done to me a ton of times.. i know a non-trained nurse when i see one and those nurses where NOT trained. my arm still hurt from the infection 3weeks later.
The guy who pushes the wheelchair was a total racist.
the doctor was quite retarded, i came with thai paper stating exactly what i had, with bloodtest/piss test proof yet he still dares to try to find if im sick by hurting me and asking me the same stupid question that were answered the paper he just read...
I still have to check the surgery when i get back to my home country in 2months but im pretty sure they fuc_ked it up aswell.

You do realise phuket is known for its late night drinking and the buddist community which is very passive. therefore the crime rate should be way lower and much less violent.
Plus its kind of hard to be scared around here when most thais do not weight over 100pounds
and hmmm, some people work during the night, including me. not everyone wakes up at 7 in the morning and boes to bed a 9. theres more excitement to life than waking up, making breakfast cleaning the house, watching thai tv and going back to bed

I don't think that the Patong immigration office is doing the extensions any more, so you have to go to Phuket Town.
I think the easiest way you guide you is as follows.
When you come out of Central Department store turn left to the McDonalds on the corner.
Turn right and left at the traffic lights.
Follows this road until about 10 mtr before the traffic lights.
The entrance of the immigration office is on you're right side.

I noticed the other week that the lights that they installed coming down the hill from the back road to Kata are all out. NOt working!
Maybe it costs too much money to keep them on? Maybe it takes a murder or violent mugging to get them turned back on.
Anyway, I went to BAngkok Phuket hospital once when i first arrived here. Very beautiful place with pretty girls working there. But yes, you get charged for all of that.
Hospitals are in the business of making money (most of them) If people stop going there, maybe they'll change their ways, aye?
i was driving my motorbike around 3-4am 2nights ago and the lights were on at that exact spot..
But there was a bunch of what seemed to be poor thais around a small thai frontyard turned into a 'friend and family' bar which tried to grab me , had to kick him off.. that might be it.
edit: i thought it was one of those crazy drunk gay guy trying to hug me while im going 40km/h at that time.. not a mugger

My gf and i went to massage place very often in bangkok and after talking to some ladies, we found out most of them only make 300baht a day for the most part..
Theres always 12 of them, not everyday you get a lot of people in. lots of places are empty for days at times. thats why tipping is important.
out of all the places i went to, the only one that the ladies seem to get a good 7hours was on soi 11/2 ... its a small place in the small street, they have hotel+massage school.. very good ambiance, always full. other places were for the most always empty.
Only place where they made good money is near soi 22. the soi with all the restaurants. at the end theres a 'friend' massage place.. all young sexy girls
