I have placed three different orders at different times with Amazon for 2% Methylene Blue Pharmaceutical Grade but the order is always canceled about halfway through the shipping process which would indicate that Methylene Blue Pharmaceutical Grade is prohibited in Thailand?? 2% Methylene Blue Pharmaceutical Grade is excellent for sharpening the memory and preventing dementia but it seems impossible to get it in Thailand by any means???

Crossing a dangerous intersection at night at a flashing yellow light into the center when I got hit by oncoming car who could have swerved out of way (in my opinion) because no other cars around and didn't seem to hit his brakes and so me a full speed. The floodplain adjacent to our condo building was turned into some sort of water treatment facility and on a regular basis, foamy dark brown water or sometimes eerie greenish foamy water dumps directly into the Gulf of Thailand.

Today the lawyer said that regardless of whether a surviving spouse is a Thai citizen or foreigner the same law applies: The name of the deceased spouse must be removed from the property deed of the condo/house co-owned by the two spouses before the condo can be sold by the surviving spouse. Hi all, I have a question about Thai law regarding selling a condo if a co-owner spouses dies. I have a friend from the UK of whom she and her husband (both UK citizens) own a condo in Thailand which is registered in both of their names on the deed. The husband died several months ago. A Thai lawyer is telling my friend that before she can sell the condo she has to remove the deceased husband's name from the condo deed. The lawyer indicated that removing the deceased husband's name from the deed is required by Thai law before the condo can be sold. Is this true?

Hi all, concerning health insurance requirements for an Extension Of Stay on an expiring OA retirement visa: does a health insurance policy have to state (in addition to the 3.5 million baht inpatient coverage) 60,000 baht outpatient coverage? The health insurance policy that I bought states the 3.5 million baht inpatient coverage, but does not say anything about 60,000 baht outpatient coverage the policy I purchased has a 1,000,000 baht deductible.
