I have had to replace two A/C circuit boards and motors recently which were fried by geckos setting me back approx ฿8000. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you stop it. Does Thailand have a protective epoxy that will serve this purpose and it will conduct electricity.

Wise has re-instated Long Term Stay in Thailand for foreign transfers.

I just processed a transfer via Wise and had to use personal expenses as the reason as they have removed the Long Stay in Thailand. It looks like there will be problems with some transfers showing as domestic not international.

Can anyone give me information whether Nong Khai Land Office is currently accepting Superficies or Usufruct registrations. They have done in the past but some land offices in Thailand are now refusing to process them and I would like to know the situation in Nong Khai.
