I just processed a transfer via Wise and had to use personal expenses as the reason as they have removed the Long Stay in Thailand. It looks like there will be problems with some transfers showing as domestic not international.

Can anyone give me information whether Nong Khai Land Office is currently accepting Superficies or Usufruct registrations. They have done in the past but some land offices in Thailand are now refusing to process them and I would like to know the situation in Nong Khai.

Text in Asean Now website only has changed to very small on my Vivo 1915 Android phone. How can I reset it to default size. It is only in Asean Now and only on this phone as I have it normal size on laptop and another android phone.
