Try Beer Point in Pratamnak Soi 6 almost down at the end, they have a nice variety of beers, from Belgian unfiltered, IPA, German dark over to a wheat beer.
Maybe friday it's crowded - you get chicken wings for free to your beer ...

I came beginning dec and got my 30 days on arrival. Then I got 30 days more for 1900 baht.
Beginning Feb I got instead the 60 Days covid extension only 28 days for again 1900 baht at Pattaya immigration.
Now I have to change my flight two days earlier.
I thought Thailand needs money from tourists ???

Beer garden will be next to go since its adjoining. Cant stop big $$ and progress..
They had the best outdoor seafood places there that were taken down, have been eating there religiously for over 15 years, always fresh - never a jelly belly - anyopne know if they have resurected them anywhere?? There were three seafood and one Beer bar under the same rook Luguna Seafood was one of them.
There's a sign on the fence saying seafood moved to soi 7/1 - not remember it as being Laguna though
It's Carribean Seafood - now in Soi 7/1 left hand side. And still a good cook !!!

Fourteen years without a major problem, I think your post is a bit over the top. If disruption of the system becomes a regular occurrence then I might agree with you.Bangkok's BTS and MRT are two fine mass transit systems. Clearly a great mass transit system is one that works and one that provides passenger security included in the price of a ticket. This breakdown of the BTS reflects poor management, security and safety. The delay in communications is a terrible management breakdown.
Agree with you there mate, 14 years without a major hitch is a fine achievement. Personally I think Thailand. Can be proud of the MRT system in Bangkok.

There are lots of responses to the issue of importing bikes; the general advice is don't.
I've not ridden tracks here, but there are at least 2 in striking distance from Bangkok.
There are also regular meets, but I don't make those either... live too far and work too late.

I tied it 15 years ago to bring in a Honda from Europe. I learned that a car or a motorcycle is a forbidden good in Thailand.
If I was living here more than one year there was a possibility ....

I had a Belgian unfiltered and I saw IPA also, all draft ....
