There is also this one, but the Italian owners claims that it's impossible to put a condo in your own farang name in Thailand, quite weird, and I guess it's because it's company is not allowed to officially sell condo, so if you buy you just get a contract saying that you have bought and are owner...

Actually KOH JUM is like KOH LANTA, ugly dirty beach during low season, red flag and impossible to swim because of waves !
