This Sun Conure is now 8 weeks old, as you see still no feathers the eyes are now open (with a little help)

The Vet here has no idea , I think it could be a hormone problem

She/he is out of a nest of 4, the others are normal and fly out.

The mother let this baby so I took over with hand feeding

Anybody have a knowledge ?

ths is correct, resulting of the fact that Apple does not have a own Branch in Thailand,

this is also why there is no itunes store available.
due copyright issues (we may all know the situation arround here).
Hardware is simply Shipped over other stores (HK or SG) ..

past is to create the book/calendar/card and save it as a PDF. I then
take the file to one of the better printers and have them print it. One
of the printers here had a tied in to Apple and they printed the book (I
have been to others for cards, etc.) and sent it to me within 24 hours.
The exported files came both from iPhoto and Aperture

Is there a reseller in your area? They may be able to help you. I am getting ready to purchase a new mac myself and I hope it will all go smoothly. I live near Udon Thani and there are 2 resellers there and both are legit

We have resellers in our area (Mahasarakhamam and Khonkaen ), they are Ok, but I prefer to buy in the AppleStore .The shipping cost nothing and you will get mostly even quicker the with the resellers, anyhow if you not live in BKK

If you decide to order a photobook (iPhoto) there is no way to buy printproducts, it wil go always to the AppleStore, and yourshipping address is Thailand.

It is still not possible to order a iPhotobook.

I try it for a few years now, but it still will not work.

Apple has no store in Thailand so you will end up in Singapore.

The information I got from them, that it is a custom problem .

A bit strange because I order my new iMac a month ago without any problem, so also with other hard and software.

There is a way around , if I use as shipping address the name of my brother (Holland) it will be send there

but it cost you 2 times shipping cost, from apple to the shipping address and again the cost from my brother to me.

Just like my other thread about taxi drivers who won't do their job, and how do you respond to them? Good on you for standing your ground & getting the job done. Too many Thai authorities just make up the rules as they go. I'm glad it worked out for you.

We are happy it works out, and I have to say there are also good officers , in the passed 7 years I have had never any problem .

Last year I have ask in a other topic about ED visa for my son.

The time was there to renew the ED visa i(t ended on 30 April.)

My son decided to go to the university .

he make the test successfully and make his subscription ( plus the payment)

The University give him a paper that he was subscribed to the university (+ official stamp)

so we went to Immigration office with all the copies' etc.

The officer didn't accept the subscription, she needed the proof that he was going to study .

Back again to university and he got a other paper ( for me it looks the same)

So yesterday we went again to Khonkaen

The officer who helped before was busy , and we got a other officer.

He was looking to papers for some time , then he told us , you need a paper from the high school that you are finish there.

or otherwise you have to come back exact on 30 April.

I ask him is this a new rule ? yes you have to get that paper, we wanted to go away in the same time the first officer ask what is going on and ask us to sit down again.

It turns out that officer 2 was wrong with his "own rules" , 10 min later every thing was done. (include his 90 days)

Anyhow he has is new ED visa and can go on with his study

Maybe officer 2 have to go school/study again

My son has finish just his high school with excellent results (a government school with a English program) he has the dutch nationality so have to learn also the Thai Language.

We paid 27.500 baht, semester . Now he goes to the University to study business in English.

Here are the cost 15.000 baht per semester.

We are living in Mahasarakham the school city of the Issan

Just wondering if your son had considered any international universities, i.e outside Thailand, and if so any feedback?

After graduation from university is he considering living/ working outside Thailand?

If my kids are going to study at University in Thailand and choose to live in Thailand, then a Thai education with English program is an option, particularly if the school is good.

My reservations with a Thai school are getting them into an overseas university later if they want to. Or after a Thai university, acceptance of the degree outside Thailand. So am always interested in anyexperiences, particularly successes.

It was possible to study in the Netherlands, only his personal idea is to stay with his father as long as possible , graduation is still far away, I will send him , (after 2 years,) to Australia

to go on a working holiday ( this is for 1 year and can be extended with 1 year more) (after he still can finish his study)

It will be a good experience and own his own money.

With a business degree they will accept him in many country.s , not forget he speaks 3 languages fluently and still study Chinese and Japanese.

As far as I know and have seen the Mahasarakham University has a good reputation.

I would probably just pay the loan, why is he making his wife, who you say he has a good relationship with, struggle to pay the loan (why did she need the second loan, when he could have probably fixed it).

This is what people in good relationships with children do, they help each other even if there has been a stupid mistake made.

As far I know/and see they have a good relation , the second loan was needed to pay the first one, but is be done without he knows anything about it.

(the loan was used to help family i understand)

It was happened before and he has pays everything that time , to do again he has a problem with that ( about 100.000)
