My uncle was salesman at a Bentley dealership and use to say if people ask me these questions l know they can't afford it.

That was then and this is now.  A bloke I know with a 911, being bout a 10 year old model, had to get new front brake rotors and pads.

Cost him AU$5500.  But a Cayenne  would have to be cheaper than that......wouldn't it?

Maybe there's an on-line list of service prices to refer to.

  2. When I visit the shops near where my son lives in the Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne there is one always parked on the footpath.

Not sure how old it is but it is a sad looking thing.   The paint is shot, was silver now a dirty white, chrome is dull or flaking, the seat is covered in gaffer tape.   It looks 40 years old, but Hyosung have only been on the Aussie market for 10 or so years.

  3. The driven sidecar wheel is a real bonus.  I'd rather have one of those for my wife than the Wave and little blue trailer she currently uses around the farm and orchard. If the chair was removable I could make a carrier for the water pumps.

Ps: Holly sh.te, I just looked up the price in Oz........Au$21k and up!

  4. If Toyota was to start making refrigerators their company mind set would be attuned with the cool boxes!

Having lived in Australia for maybe years maybe that's the reason everytime I see a White Toyota I start thinking about White goods!

Why it was only last night the wife and I where talking about getting a new washing machine.
