Hi!

I'll be living in Chonburi as of next March. I may not be available to play then but should be available a few months later.

I have good gig experience, great ears, I like deep funky bass but can play almost any style. Played with great bands and many artists .

...and euhhh.... I just bought new strings!

Before leaving Thailand last year, I met a school principal and manager at their school and was offered a teaching job. Aftert negotiating on the hours and salary, I then received a fairly good employment contract and applied for a non-immigrant visa (at local Thai embassy, Canada) that i will pick up tomorrow.

What are the next steps once I am in Thailand?

I am confused about the procedures to acquire:

1-WORK PERMIT (not clear, but looks like the school takes care of this one)

2- TEACHER S LICENCE (no idea on this one and the one I am most curious about)

Question is ... who exactly checks on validity of the degree and how do they proceed?

I had them in the house also...

Then I found out they were laying eggs in the water reserve in the washroom.... I actually saw them on the ceramic wall next to the reserve, drying out their wings.

Just make sure you don t leave any open water or liquid sources in the house, if so, adding a few drops of bleach to the water seemed to work for me. (you may want to skip that advice on your aquarium or dog s water dish, ha ha)
