  1. If the arrival stamp shows a longer stay than you are allowed you immediately get it corrected It is your responsibility to know what your permit to stay date is. If you went to immigration before wrong stamp runs out the may not charge you for an overstay. FYI the MTT office is closed now and counter K is now located at Laksi square. See: https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/courses/muangthongthani-will_be-closed/
  2. He enters you passport to check your 90 day report records and if you are doing a report they will print out the receipt for it.
  3. This is the correct forum, He is asking about hiring Myanmar citizens to work here in Thailand.
  4. Are you asking about a 15 day visa on arrival that has to be applied for and a 2000 baht fee paid or a 30 day visa exempt entry. With a visa exempt entry a non-b visa can be apply for. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/1.FOR-WORKING-IN-A-COMPANY-OR-LIMITED-PARTNERSHIP-NON-B.pdf For teaching it is this one: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/2.FOR-WORKING-AS-TEACHER-NON-B.pdf
  5. @Tech Doctor did some fixes and patches last night.
  6. It was one of those listed as starting on May 1st but they may not of been ready to open it then. It also appears on the the Thailand Paas site.
  7. Were you applying for a non-o visa for marriage or retirement. For retirement the 10k pounds is correct and the insurance is only 400k/40 insurance for 90 days. For marriage no amount is defined on the London embassy website but they will accept the equivalent of 20k baht will be accepted and no insurance it required other than the $10,000 covid insurance (30 days).
  8. If using the Mor Prom app you can change your passport number on a international vaccination certificate. I changed mine after getting my 3rd vaccination and corrected my nationality since it showed me as Thai for nationality.
  9. The 30 day extension will start from the day your your 60 day permit to stay ends (visas are not extended).
  10. I have done a search for info on this site. https://consular.mfa.go.th/th/content/thailand-pass-faqs-2 See info under the heading. And you will find this. It does appear that want the test with the application.
  11. 1. It does not mention the online report on that page of the immigration website that is actually the rules for Bangkok immigration. Info for the online report is here on the new site. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/manual/IndexForeign.html The requirements for mailed in reports is Bangkok immigrations requirements. They state it being mailed before 15 days before and the actuals rules state it needs to be received 7 days before the report date. I am aware of Bangkok immigration accepting a mailed in report that was not mailed before 15 days before if it was received 7 days before. 2. For a in person report all you need is your passport and possibley a completed TM47 form.
  12. You can do the online report 15 days before that includes the report date (I prefer to say 2 weeks before the report date). You can do the online report on the day it is due. It cannot be done after the report date. You can do your report online on the 12th of this month up to the report date on the 26th.
  13. There is no central database for 90 day reporting other than for those done online. Each office has their own system for reports done in person , by mail and when they are approved when submitted online. They print out the receipts using that system when you do them in person or by mail.
  14. 1. You can do your 90 day report up to 7 days after the report date that is includes the report date in the count when doing it in person. It does apply to online reports. By mail they must be received at least 7 days before the report date. 2. You will only need your passport and a completed TM47 form to the report in person. You make an appointment for your 90 day report at Chaeng Wattana. See: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ImmigrationOfficeGovernmentComplexChaengWattanaRd@imm1division.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
  15. I cannot see how you could get a PCR test result done within 72 hours of departure and be able to get Thailand Pass unless they let you start the application and the add the test for for final approval.
  16. That is not really a requirement for a non-b visa for working or a non-o visa for your family members. The covid 19 insurance has been lowered to $10,000 now and you will really only need 30 days or maybe for 90 days since that is the length of stay your visas allow. There is certainly no need for $100,000 of insurance for the types of visas you are applying for. That is only needed for a visa based upon retirement.
  17. The consulate in HCMC does show it. Source: https://hochiminh.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/non-immigrant-o-accompanying-thai-spouse-and-family-members?page=5d80ab3315e39c2fe800a791 I am not sure that Savannakhet showed it before. The requirements posted here are dated September of 2019. https://savannakhet.thaiembassy.org/th/page/cate-9736-types-of-visa?menu=5d84a44c15e39c26b400453f
  18. You only need 30 days of covid 19 insurance that covers $20,000 US of treatment. A non-b or non-o visa does not require you to have medical insurance.
  19. Perhaps email the file to a friend for them to print it out. If you have access to printer that has a wifi connection you can install apps that lets you print from your phone.
  20. I think the e visa website has not been updated since the May 1st when the new Thailand Pass requirements started. You can use wife's house for proof of accommodations. If your wife is Thai you could apply for a non-o visa based upon marriage that will allow a 90 day entry that can be extended for 60 days to visit her. I have seen a few reports of them issuing a multiple entry non-o visa in the US.
  21. Moved to the mobile devises forum.
  22. When does your current extension end? Some odd offices only do a 90 day report to the day your extension ends.
  23. Attached means you clip it to the Thailand Pass after it is issued. It does not mean you submit it with you application for the Thailand Pass.
  24. You can enter using a re-entry permit with even a few days remaining on your original 90 day entry. You can normally apply about 2 weeks early for the 60 day extension and possibley more at some offices (30 days may be possible).
