  1. You have to show the RT-PCR test results to the airline and on entry to the country. It does not have to be submitted with thee Thailand Pass application.
  2. It is required at the majority of immigration offices.
  3. Yes it does. You could even use one for a 60 day extension to visit your wife combined with the remainder of the 90 day entry from a non-o visa.
  4. You create the change by submitting a TM30 or TM27 form to immigration.
  5. Loosing your 90 day report slip is not the big of a problem. Immigration could do a new one if needed. Apparently the report you did on line is pending approval. It probably will be rejected due you not being within the 15 window to do the report
  6. No Only change of your registered address that immigration has would cause a problem. TM30 reports done by a hotel and etc does not change your address.
  7. It should not be any problem to get single entry non-o visa in Phnom Phen if you have all the required documents. Same for getting another one in the states either. Immigration does make a problem when entering with a non-o visa based upon marriage.
  8. It is one per entry to the country with a visa or visa exempt. If you go out to get another non-o visa you could get a 60 day extension for each 90 day entry from a multiple entry visa.
  9. Have you checked to see if it was updated on April 20th? If not that is why you cannot find the statement on the app.
  10. If your wife is in the hospital you could use proof cannot be with you to apply for a 60 day extension to visit her. Perhaps a picture of herein the hospital would be enough.
  11. When proving your address a rental agreement with signed copies of the owners ID card and house book registry is normally required. I would think the owner should be able sign a copy of them, scan it and send it by email.
  12. The online banking site only allows you to print a 6 month statement. Only the mobile banking app has the one year statement available.
  13. You will need to complete this form. Transfer Stamps To A New Passport Some offices may want a copy of every page of your old passport that has a stamp or sticker for Thailand on it.
  14. It tells you what it is in the email they send with it. "The password format is: DDMMYYYY DD is your date of birth MM is your month of birth YYYY is your year of birth"
  15. They ask for a flight number when doing the registration for it.
  16. If you give them the originals if fairly easy to see they were produced by Bangkok Bank since they are printed on a tractor feed printer. No questions asked about them for the past 3 extension using them.
  17. It opened for me. Link for Chaeng Wattana if that is the office you are using. https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ImmigrationOfficeGovernmentComplexChaengWattanaRd@imm1division.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
  18. Yes you can get one to keep the remainder of the 60 days it allows and/or the 30 day extension valid when entering the country.
  19. Were you proving your monthly income or maintaining 800/400k in the bank for the past year? If income I think all offices want a bank statement.
  20. It can vary from embassy to embassy or official consulate. It might be accepted and approved without a contract if his position is as a director.
  21. The old site has been shutdown for some time now. I did that post in early March. 1. I just use the Soi number since it does non have a name in my case. Same for house number. 2. Yes If you don't tick the box you have to complete info after it. It means the info you entered when doing registration to use the site and get the password. 3. You need to put your full name instead of leaving it blank. Many offices will not accept the application it does not have your full name on it. I have completed all the boxes on the 2 reports I have had approved on the new online site. For building name I put home since that is what I used on the old site and the mobile app.
