For Malaysians entering by land there is no limit on the number of 30 day visa exempt entries they can do. It is in a special order for them.

You need a work permit to work legally and you would not be able to get one issued while on non-o visa or extension of stay based upon retirement. You would have to change the reason for your extension of stay from retirement to one for working or if you get married to one based upon marriage to a Thai.

There is no 6 month extension that you can get by leaving and entering the country before your extension expires. I am not aware of any agents in Phuket so I cannot help with that question.

You can enter everything again when you complete the application after logging into the site. I assume you mean your TM6 arrival card number not a TM30 report that has no number on it. Most denials are due to your address not being entered correctly.

What type of extension would you be applying for? If a short term extension you would not need a lot of space for them to fit it in. Only about half a page would be needed.

If can get proof of insurance from the school then you would not need any other insurance. If not then 30 days of $20,000 of covid 19 insurance would be enough.

KLM's info is out of date. A reservation at a SHAplus hotel for the 2nd test has not been required for about a month now. You only have to do a antigen test using the test kit your first hotel should give you.

Did you enter your passport number and nationality on the page for doing the application and the click the magnifying glass to complete the form? I checked earlier and it worked for me but my report is not due until late this month so did not submit it.
