  1. Back to an earlier post Kiwi's dont drink goat pish lager anyway, I have resorted to making my own beer, I loved Leo but really all asian beer is rotgut, you only have to have three nights on it and feel the shakes and go through the nightmares and cold sweats to realise it. I never get that on beer from home or the UK, I can be on the home brew for a week and still be able to get over it with out the shakes, dreams and feeling of impending doom.

  2. If you give any thing to a Thai person you have to accept that it is gone, so if you can do this and accept there is a chance you will lose it then go ahead, but really man there must be a better way than to be in a relationship worrying the whole time if she is scheming you, .............did you think about putting the land in her name and the house in yours and drawing up a long term lease from her for the land? Or go company way with Thai share holders.

  3. There is a new one opening in Klaeng near Rayong they can even set up accomodation for you, I think it opens around 26th next month, I heard they are going to be getting decompresion chamber in also to help heal liver and clear your skin up, and get new red blod cells to the system. They use aromic steam with other stuff in it or something, I know the people who own it, if you want their info give me an email I can give you there number, <email address removed>

  4. Those production figures are annual average. Hey man be carefull with the tittle, if you have other assets to borrow against which I am sure you do, the banks would love to lend you the money even if it turns to crap. One way or another they get they're money back.

  5. I am very interested to start dairy farming in Thailand I see the growth rates are unreal and water tables are high. I dont know anything about the coverning rules of a venture like this, are there quotas, do I have to become a member of a co-op or can I create my own market? Can any one help me with basic advise or any sources of advise?

  6. I would have thought yeast would give your cat a hua of a guts ache, any way why does it have to be brewers yeast? I have used the granulated yeast that you get from Tesco in a small cylindrical clear plastic jar for making beer and wine and it works great. Should be good enough for your cat.......if that is what its really for lol. Other wise if it is for fleas, I would give him one of those 6 monthly drenches that you get from the vet, one I know is called spot on you apply it between his ears on the back of his neck between the fur. I am sure there are other ones as well. Even a dog one would be ok, just lower the dosage for his wieght. I used to do the old ladies cats on the farm when I did my dogs back in NZ.

  7. I thought these dangerous nuisances were illegal in Thailand.

A couple of years ago some official on Pucket said they going to be phased out over a few years. No sign yet, still see drunken idiots trying to kill themselves and swimmers.

Yea it is a shame that people like that ruin it for the rest of us and also a shame that instead of trying to regulate it a bit, officials only have the mind set to ban it, instead of seeing that for many Thai boys it's a good money maker and attraction. Where I live they have been banned around the beach but instead they just modify or rebuild a hull similar to that of a jet ski and put outboary motors on them instead, so now they can crash, hack up corals, and hack up kids legs all at the same time...Clever solution.

  8. Sawadee Krup,

I have been trying to locate a Kawasaki or seadoo PWC dealer in Thialand but all I get is Yamaha, which really is a low rate pussy machine if you ask me. Does any one know of any dealers? Particularly on the east coast?

    I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks

    Steve
