Do you mean that you cannot login to your online banking from here? If that's the problem, you just need to use a program that modifies your computer browser to connect through a UK-based server. Try googling for "UK VPN free". Bonus: you'll also be able to view the BBC's iPlayer service.

I don't think so. As long as it is properly witnessed it is just as legal if filed at your local ampur or not.

Hello all,My retirement visa is due for renewal shortly.Up to now I have used an agent(mainly because I'm disabled) I meet all requirments,going to British embassy would be nearly impossible for me to get verifaction letter for bank statements.Do you think statements without said letter,but a letter from doctor,verifying that travel to Bangkok very difficult would suffice?

On the offical Thai consulate web sites(for all consulates in U.K.) It states you need 800,000 in bank or income of 65,000 a month,no mention of a combination of the two,IE. 500,000 in bank and income of 25,000 a month?
