just buy booze the day before, no need to ban the sale of alcohol on religious holidays
That includes shutting down all places of entertainment--Bars Night clubs etc.....& as you pointed out,
it's just not needed, Locals buy from Mum & Pop stores or day before. Just visitors are really affected, can't even get a glass of wine with your meal. So scrap it.

The only problem I have had with Lazada has been with clothes, The sizing is ridiculous , even with international brands ---Nike etc , 3XL seems to be about a medium in most western countries.

They didn't just join the cultural revolution in the 60s - they led it
Robert Hughes is dead, Clive James is dying, Barry Humphries is on his farewell tour with Dame Edna and Sir Les, and Germaine Greer is still upsetting the proverbial applecart. Now is the opportune moment to reflect on the titanic impact these four Australians made in the cultural milieu of London and New York.

Do they realise that this 500 Baht tax at land borders will also reduce the numbers of people from neighbouring countries coming in on a short trip and spending money in Thailand?
I dont know if the locals will pay it loong, I know they dont pay the existing 500 Baht. My wife walks across the Lao Bridge a few time in a year to buy wine for me. & In Nong Khai the Lao girls who wander across to the "entertainment areas" dont, It seems to be the same on the Cambo boarder. Of course I have to pay something like 1,500Baht just to get in Lao & now a 1,000 to leave Thailand.........guess I wont be visiting there much (at all) .

You can not rent a car in Thailand without a Car license--how about we make it the same for Motor bikes--- as its seems 90 % of the Tourist accidents are, it seems, from riders who have never passed a test
