I think i'm sorted now i got my wife to call the guys at tiger motors and plan on getting a side car and bike .... not what i was orginaly wanted to do but seams like a good enough deal , i realy want the side car to take my dog down to the beach , the wife was complaing about him being in the car and drippling every were.

Just wondering if any one knew of a good bike mechanic in Phuket ?I want to change the handle bars on my bike , but want to run the wires internally and it looks like it's a bit to much of a job for me .... ???

I would usually get the guys at MCW to do it but they are shut for a month ????

My situation is I have been married to a Thai for the last year , we own a house in Phuket ( paid 5 million baht one year ago ) , We have a baby on the way and We would like to buy a second home , I work in thailand have all the visa's and work permits , tax letters for my employer.

My wife is'nt working ........ the big qestion is would we beable to get a mortgage for a second home? using our current home as collateral ? I have a good income but do'nt realy want to use all my savings from over sea's ... looking at around 10 million baht??

I'm 37 and been living here for 2 1/2 years ..... still no real mates as such , it is a hard place to meet good people ... there is alot of people living here are very false , my work takes me away a fair bit so hard to join clubs and groups and be there all the time , it's just not a easy place to meet folk unless you are intrsted in sitting in a bar every day ?? not my cup of tea.

Hi, I'm a biker in Ban Chang, I have a Kawasaki ER6n. I would like to find a few people to go on rides with. Christ this sounds like a lonely hearts column!!!!!

Anyway if any bikers are up for saturday or Sunday blasts let me know. I can't go for long stays like Bard and his Secret Soi (dog) Riders as I work during the week. If people are up for weekend rides let me know.

Just wanted to know if any one out there has a good sujestion on a jacket for the hot weather ... I live in phuket and often ride in shorts and T-shirt ... but when heading of the island would be nice to have PPE without the heat ???
