i m staying in bangkok since 5 years,but 1 thing irritates me is,....

thai people dont understand value for time,they are always late on appoinments,

i understand traffic problems of bangkok,but there are many other ways to reach any plance on time.

and they dont even say sorry for being late,as if these is their routine activity.

i am facing this problem everyday,and is seriously driving me nuts.

please share ur ideas on this

forget it,dont open an account,its useless and time consuming with lot of paper work,and these bank officials are so lame and unexperienced,u will have to wait for atleast an hour to get just 1 simple transaction,

just go to some money exchange and play with currency up downs,

go to china town & banmho area,there r plany of shops selling only gold and silver.these shops r easy to find on china town main road,and they are always in red color,u may also find some foks sitting on road with some stones n silver coins.

i dont know where u stay,but check in bangrak area(near silom) there is building called gems tower,there is 1 safty locker company on 8th floor called CB LOCKERS,i m using medium size box which is 7000 bht per year.

and good thing abt this locker is they r off only on sundays,

NO FASTIVAL OR ANY DESESTER HOLIDAYS,

i think this is much beter option.
