  1. Recently walking past the kitchen to the toilet and was amazed to see 2 cats licking the chopping board and plates . Cancelled my order after telling the owner in a load voice for the rest to hear, nobody was concerned and continued eating .

Not the first time I've seen this.

Did you speak to the owner in Thai or English?

That would make a difference as to why nobody was concerned.

Political violence is not a Thai society prerogative, nor is it Thai culture. Political violence always is instigated by a few, not by many. The problem is how to identify, expose and isolate those few. The identification should not be too difficult.

Yes, but in Thailand they identified "those few".....issued arrest warrants.....keep threatening that they will take them in.......but they are still out there causing trouble.

And that applies to both sides, Reds or Yellows.

So, yes again, "Political violence always is instigated by a few"...........but is supported by many.

28 a week! Must be a dam_n fine iced coffee?

1each in the morning, then in the evening.

Too much coffee for you and your wife......cut down.

If you reduce it by 50%.....you don't have to worry about the overcharge ......and you will be healthier.

Let's not forget what got us here. A government who ignored the law of the land, is engaged in massive corruption, and is anything but democratic. Thus, the huge numbers of protesters. Many of whom are not yellow shirts, are not democrats and are not amart. Just tired of the current governments lies. Hard to argue with them.

This could have all been avoided by killing the amnesty bill instead of trying to ram it through. Or at least accept Abhisit's proposal to exclude himself, Suthep and Thaksin from it. That request was ignored.

amnesty bill is long gone - the government has called an election - why are people still dying?...

May be if you read the first paragraph of lovetravel's post properly......you will get your answer!
