Thankyou so much Thaipod, I have just sent a general inquiry through to that Hospital with my contact details asking if I could speak with Dr Peter Morley about my current situation and again I will let you all know the outcome.

Hi, I am an Australian man that works as a Scaffolder up in the North/West Mining Industry of Australia and live in Thailand with my Thai family, I am currently covered by the Western Australian Work Cover and Workers Compensation Injury and Management System because I have a slipped disc in my neck C5/6 that happened while I was at work, I asked my doctor here if I could have all of my treatment over inThailand but he said "where would you find a registered doctor that could deal with my specific problem over there" so now I am on a mission to find one as I find it very hard to believe that there are none and any help from you guys would be much appreciated.
Thankyou very much.

hi.....i have the non immigrant o 1 year multiple entry visa issued from australia......where it states...."This visa must be utilized before"......now my in australia at the royal thai consulate general they told me that if i was to cross the border out of thailand and then straight back in 1 day before the utilization date on my visa that i would have another 3 months instantly stamped in my passport to stay in thailand thus being able to stay in thailand for 15 months all up on my 1 year non o multiple visa......now in thailand at the border of cambodia chong chom and the thailand kap chung immigration office i have questioned this and been told the same and different stories......could any please help me out with hard copy proof and facts in whether i can stay in thailand for 15 months on this visa or not.....because no matter how much i just want to give it a go to see what really happens i'm too scared because i've already been caught out once when they changed the passport laws and i really dont want to go through something like that again being in a country that i dont really want to be in at the time........thankyou.

i was told in thailand kap chung immigration at the start of last year 2008 that showing the one time amounts of 400k and 800k in a thai bank account no longer applied to me with a spousal visa as the regulations had changed in 2006 and that i was under the age of 50.
