Unless you are planning a baby making business would suspect the non immigrant class O is what you want.
So with a baby making business you would need a work permit?

dman,
You will need a re entry stamp from immigration, this will allow you to re enter Thailand without losing your current visa. The cost is 500B for one re entry or 1000B for multiple. Takes 2 hours for BKK Immigration to complete the process.

Any ALIEN who fails to comply with, will be punished with a fine not exceeding 5000 baht and with an additional fine not exceeding 200 baht for each day which passes until the law is complied with.
ACCORDING TO IMMIGRATION ACT B.E.2522 SECTION 76

Visa extensions are not notifying your stay longer than 90 days, which I did not know. When applying for my one year extension, I was handed a small paper with the above NOTICE. Even though I was way over 180 days of not reporting my address to ROOM 401, the fine was only 2000 baht . Paid the fine and received a stamp in my passport that I was a bad boy and life goes on.

Hey Roger13 -- I'm curious and I'm not sure. Please enlighten those who won't respond. By the way did the King attend college in the US?
His Majesty King Bhumipol Adulyadej of Thailand was born on December 5, 1927 at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA.

Dear Winner,
After your one year extension you only have to report your current address to Immigration every 90 days. Your passport will then have a "Receipt of Notification" stapled to the last page.

BKK Immigration told me a week ago that the costs for visa extension renewals and the requirements in the bank are the same as your previous year. Only new applicants will be charged more & require a higher bank balance.
