Anybody know where I can get Crumpler camera bags in Bangkok?

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment complex with a swimming pool at Nonthaburi. Paying Baht7000/mth.
Big C, Carrefour, Central is near. Can get connected to True Internet which is what I have, very consistent between 3-4Mbps. A few farangs here too.
What is the air quality, traffic and noise level like?
The reason I keep harping on air quality, I have had one bad case of pneumonia many years ago .. and chemical bronchitis during my last stay in BKK (about 8 years ago).
Air quality is ok coz it's not situated at a main road and the back of this complex is the Chao Phrya River but right next door is a mosque so there will noise from the prayers.
This complex is next to Phra NangKlao Hospital.

Count me in. What would be a good starters DSLR? Preferably a NIkon.

I spent more than an hour checking out some equipment at Power Buy on Silom. When I made a decision and took out my platinum card, they told me they don't accept them and nor do they accept Titanium cards. As I only have the one card and not enough cash on me I went away empty handed. It was the last day of a clearance sale too. When I called my bank about this, they claimed it was the first time that they had heard of a refusal by Power Buy (Probably I use a different bank to the earlier poster). They said they would look into the matter (In other words, don't hold your breath for any changes).
Central Group issues platinum cards too and Power Buy is owned by them. I wonder if they accept platinum cards issued by Central.

Power Buy at Future Park Rangsit has the Lumix LX3.

Can some one please outline the procurer to open an iTunes Store account if you live here in Thailand , I have both a UK bank account & a Thai bank account . Any advice, comments or Tips would be most welcome
Thanks
Go to www.apple.com/itunes/ and download iTunes 8.
You don't need a bank account. Just a credit card if you are going to purchase any apps in the future.

Penangkaki - good find. All my settings are blank. Guess I have to contact AIS to find out what they should be.
APN
MMSC
MMS Proxy
MMS Max Message Size
All the above should have a setting. Should be obtained from AIS.

Well, I would like to know from anyone who bought their iPhone from a legit Apple/True source, but bought it unlocked from True and is using their own sim (ie AIS, DTAC) for it. I don't have MMS or tethering showing up after the upgrade, and would like to know if people who did the same as me are having the same experience.
Go to settings>General>Network>Cellular Data Network.
See if MMS is enable

Updated to OS 3.0 at 1.30am this morning and tried MMS, it works fine. Haven't tried tethering yet. I am using the true sim.
I'll have to figure it out. I have a legit iPhone, but bought the Sim-free version, and use my AIS sim for it. I wonder if it is something AIS has to unlock. But MMS and tethering work fine with my AIS account when I use my Nodia. Oh well, I'll stop by my Apple shop and see what they have to say. Not a huge deal, but a tad annoying.
And just to make sure, MMS should be done through my message app, and there should be a little photo icon there for adding a pic, right?
I love the new search and the cut a paste, and it seems to run a bit zippier than before too.
Yes, MMS should be done through the message app. There is a camera icon at the left just above the keyboard for adding a pic.

Did my update this morning, nice little changes, things we have been waiting for for sure.
I notice that my phone still doesn't have MMS or tethering (two things I can live without for now, but would like eventually----my Nokia E51 is a nice little tether monster that stays in my com bag for that sole purpose). these will both be released in late summer for the US owners....is it the same for Thailand?
I got the legit phone from True, unlicensed them, so I use AIS. Who would I go to to ask about why these features are not yet available? Or should I go to the apple shop I bought it from. Something tells me nobody will know and they will all be pointing their fingers at each other.
What do you think?
I don't know if you can 'reupdate'?? If not i suggest you should go to True or the shop you got it from, i'm sure they'll find a way to help you out! Good luck!

There is one at The Mall Ngamwongwan, ground floor.

Thanks guys. Apparently this netbook cannot have 2 antivirus software installed together.
I removed NOD32 (pirated copy) and now avast is running fine.
Speed is back to normal.

I am taking my gal back to the Philippines soon and we want to buy a gift for her sister. I live out in the sticks and our local Robinson sells name-brand Japanese watches like Seiko and Citizen, but the prices are laughable. They cost double what I would pay in the USA.
I know that Both Siam Paragon and Central Department Store have huge watch selections, but how are the prices? Is there any other place in town where I can get closer to prices back home? We are somewhat flexible on brand name, but don't want to dip down into the Timex/Casio level. Something very durable would be nice.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!!!!!
Zeer Rangsit, Ground Floor. 2 stalls selling Seikos and Citizens
Good prices too.

I have an MSI Wind. Why is it after I download this free anti virus software everything run slow?
-
If you already have a phone get the Ipod Touch. At half the price it does the same things as an Iphone when connected to WiFi.
-
True iPhones are unlocked but i used their service coz it had unlimited use of EDGE and WiFi.

Anybody know where I can buy Tucano laptop bags here in Bangkok?

Hi
I have an image on my PC that I'd like to copy to my iPhone. Drag and drop, Copy and paste don't work.
I've googled until I'm fed up looking at Google listings. I've downloaded and installed 3 different applications that look like they'd do the job, but didn't.
Is there something I'm missing? The images from the phone camera seem to be jpg images just like the one I'm trying to put onto the phone.
Help!
Cheers
Mick
Only way to do is thru iTunes

God?
I would be interested in knowing how the Fanta marketing dept managed to convince them that Buddha/spirits liked strawberry fanta though?
Fanta, is very close to a chinese word meaning prosperous. So they are praying for wealth.
