How about a rule (that is enforced) that limits the number of people on one motorcycle to no more than two?

Three people remain on the ground, one woman and two twins, and a fourth grievous in hospital.
The families of these motorcyclists who exchange a vehicle that should carry, at most, two people for a bus, in a western country, not only would they not have the right to any compensation, but would be forced to pay any damages to the other vehicles involved -

18 hours ago, webfact said:However, opinion was fairly mixed, with 47 percent of respondents voting no, while 35 percent said that an alcohol ban in Thailand was reason enough to opt for another destination.
The numbers talk better than fortune-tellers. With these draconian rules and bans, no one will come to Thailand to spend time and money, there are too many other countries that offer more

Have written/electronic confirmation of hotel bookings in Thailand.
Who arriving from one of the low-risk countries is fully vaccinated with a negative PRC test taken 72 hours prior to arrival, with at least US $ 50,000 insurance and is a homeowner, why should have a hotel booking?

revealed today
Is it the revelation of the third secret of Fatima or what?
Why they don't revealed that, for example, in Koh Samui, even if you are from one of the permitted countries and you are fully vaccinated, you still have to make a mandatory prepaid reservation in an SHA just in case, upon arrival in Thailand, you'll be covid positive but, if negative, the money isn't refunded? -

the night time curfew will be reduced to 11pm-3am.
The new curfew will be effective from Oct 16 and will remain in place until the end of October.
With the reduction of the curfew restaurants and convenience stores can now open until 10pm.
However, the sale of alcohol in restaurants is still banned and bars, pubs and nightclubs must remain closed.
It's useless if cannot enjoy an alcoholic drink and discotheques are closed, pay a lot for the fly, for the accommodation, insurance, test and more, anyway...
"The Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has moved to douse expectations after the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday night by explaining that quarantine will remain for at least one day even for fully vaccinated arrivals from five initially approved countries. He also was adamant that there is no going back to the old model of Thai tourism with crowded pub scenes as his agency plans a shift to a higher quality, higher spending, family orientated sort of tourism in the future."???- 1

It's the time to change the fortune-tellers if those who are turning Thailand into an Islamic country, where even smelling beer can lead to fines and jail, don't understand that all the alcohol bans will further stave off tourism

The measures to try and encourage a million wealthy foreign visitors to come to Thailand over the next five years are set to have a broader impact for consumers of imported alcohol.
Before the cost of imported wine and spirits is cut, wouldn't it be better to stop with these bans, avoiding arresting those who smell a beer in the bar?

Considering the brutality of the crime but above all the place and time in which it was consumed (sandbox-Phuket = loss of money), it could end up hanging... no matter the tourist, but losing money is unacceptable
