  1. Thank you everyone for the interesting and helpful replies. ???? ????
  2. Your serious suggestion sounds more like a riddle to me. ????
  3. Since the last Covid infection, my wife has been suffering from chronic frontal sinusitis, which unfortunately gets worse by using the air conditioner all the time. Therefore also in the current horror heat, we only use fans during the day and the air conditioner in the bedroom at night. This now results in our house being between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius during the day ... which makes a new problem for me: As a back pain patient, I am dependent at irregular intervals on taking certain medicines that are not available everywhere on an uncomplicated way (Tramadol, Amitriptyline, etc.). I always have a supply of these in my cupboard and am now worried about storage, as the medication should NOT be stored at more than 23 degrees Celsius. Might I be better off storing the medication in the vegetable compartment of the fridge or are there any other options? I am grateful for any serious suggestions. ????
  4. @Gaccha: Thank you for the detailed information. And yes I agree with you: under the given circumstances I will also still wait and rather take on the misery of endless queues. Still better than having paid the whole fee for nothing because of a small mistake.
  5. And that also works definitely and without problems? I only ask because I have read reports from people on Facebook who wrote that they were sent back to the queue by the "bouncers" at the entrance despite having an appointment certificate. ????
  6. I guess it was about 10 to 12 months ago when I first read the good news that the Immigration Bureau introduced the long-awaited possibility of an "Electronics Extension of Temporary Stay" via Internet for various visa types in Thailand. If I remember correctly, it was started as a pilot project for Bangkok at that time. I would be interested to know what happened to this project and in this context I have two questions: 1) Are there any field reports here on the forum about the use of the "Electronics Extension of Temporary Stay" under the pilot project yet? 2) Are there any announcements yet when the pilot project will be completed and also available in Pattaya and other regions?
  7. These six kittens were born in the parking lot of a hotel in Central Pattaya where my wife works. The four male and two female kittens are about a month and a half old and seem to be healthy. If you are interested in adopting one (or of course several) kittens, you can either contact me here or contact my wife Lek on 0851344648.
  8. Although I haven't had any experience with either of them, Lifecare Lab is my favorite too. ???? This is mainly due to their own website, which also offers various blood test programs. Program 5 looks very interesting to me ... and the price of 2,500 baht is phenomenal. ????
  9. I want to have my next health check in May. This year I don't want to do it in a hospital, but directly in one of the labs in Pattaya. When searching for medical laboratories I came across two addresses: 1. Clinic Lifecare Laboratory Pattaya 2. Pattaya Clinic Laboratory Has anyone had any experience of blood testing at any of these labs (or any) in Pattaya? I'm grateful for any helpful information. ????
  10. "…Private sector wants Thailand to import Russian oil to combat high fuel prices…" BRAVO!!! Apparently Thailand doesn't want to follow the hypocritical path of "Western values". ????
