It's just the common problem of over breeding. Bangkok believe it or not was liveable 40 years ago. Same with Chang Mai. Pattaya ruined, Koh Samui, Phuket, the list goes on. Sad

It amazes me that the comments here immediately take the side of the little darling. There may be more to this story. Thai brats receive very little discipline as they age. Which is why so many grow up to be so selfish.
