Hi good afternoon ,so I am a British lady married to Thai man on non imm o visa ,so I need to do my annual exten.My husband call Immigration this morning to re cap all the info they need,now they say we need to find a witness to come with us someone that owns a property in Ko Phangan ,we have never need to do this in the past,my husband is from Lopburi so his house book is from there I looked on the offical imm website ,and does not metion any need for a witness ,what do think ? we are just going to turn up with our documents, as asking some one to give up their day to spend in Immigation would be a blooming nighttmare ,thanks in advance for replys.

Good after noon, i got married to a thai man last feb2010.So now i am going to Samui tomorrow for the 90 day notification this shall be my last notification as i then have to leave Thailand 11 May 2011.Can i go back to Penang and get another imm.o. visa cost 220 ringit or has it have to be another Thai embassy ie Kota bhru.Or maybe i could ask at immigation tomorrow for some infomation but.i think they are always too busy?Thank you to all that reply is post.

Did you go to Kota Bharu before Feb 20 as you were intending? Did you then extend for 30 days at Immigration?

If Yes your Visa second entry was probably expired and that is why you only got 15 days.

Hi yes i did go to kota bharu.and got double enty issued on the 18 feb.enter before 17 may.so i had my 60 days then extened 30 at immigration. ahhh ahhh so now my second entry is expired.now what do i need to do 2 of june it runs out.its driving me crazy .thanks for your reply
