I can't agree. The "renovated" main roads from Chiang Mai to Bangkok or Khon Kaen (11, 12 and 1) are very pleasant and without any potholes. It's pleasant and safe driving on them.
Safe? There is no road in Thailand that is safe. Unless you find one without drivers

"Police and security officials have been ordered by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha to hunt down the perpetrator or perpetrators responsible for the bomb." They have to wait for "orders"?

"the bombs were possibly designed to discredit Prime Minister Prayut Chan-och"
I think this only further justifies the coup and the good work Prayut has done to restore tourist numbers after silencing the red terrorists that dished out their terror without being held accountable.
I can imagine some are very upset that tourist numbers went to record levels after the coup including some on this forum.
So bombings on the Juntas watch justifies the coup? And tourists numbers at record levels? There is a job waiting for you at Tourism Authority of Thailand.

The interesting thing is, the foreign owned restaurants and bars are the only ones that suffer because the Thais ignore it The police only check foreign owned establishments. Tourists and foreigners can't vote so what the <deleted>#k is the point?

How can you not believe a PM with a 99.3% approval rating?

Show up and request bail. That should give them 6-10 years to decide where they want to live
-
If you can't buy your way onto the police force, become a monk. It seems just as "rewarding"
-
"Thai people do not like Chinese tourists because of their inappropriate manners."
There is no misunderstanding. Looks crystal clear to me

"This time they say that the matter will go to court and bail will be denied them" Until the payoffs dry up anyway

King Seafood Inspected after German’s Rotten Lobster Accusation
PATTAYA: -- 13th July, Mrs. Bupha Songsakulchai Sanitation Technical Officer, Professional Level Consumer Protection Chief, Pattaya and Public Health Officer went on location to Pattaya King Seafood on Walking Street, South Pattaya. to conduct an inspection.
Starting from the showcase in the front before reviewing the cooking process Mrs. Bupha acknowledged the procedure was correct in that the frozen food items were covered with ice. After that she moved to question the staff responsible for advising customers. It was noted that the staff stressed to customers that with the frozen lobsters only the body was for consumption, not other parts, as they were not freshly picked from the tank.
Mrs. Bupha said there were no irregularities found in her inspection and she also added that the lobster in the case of Mr Hoelderirch Wolfgang could only be examined for freshness within 4 hours, not after 4 hours.

I am sure that Mrs. Bupha Songsakulchai enjoyed her post meal dessert. Served in a fancy pastry box

So the fine for "attempting to scare someone" is four times more (2000 baht) than it is for assaulting someone (500 baht) ?

you might all be eating your words when the general election is held next year and Thailand transforms into much better place than it was 3 years ago or in fact the last 30 years, the current government made it very clear that they would not tolerate divisive interference in their road map and so far it is on track and working, I am no supporter of a military government but see very clearly why they are doing what they are doing, we have peace here not seen for a very long time, you usually find those that don't support strict measures are those that do not respect the law or its enforcement.
I was about to counter the points you made, but I saw your saying at the bottom Do not argue with a fool. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience
