Has the new office opened yet, or is it still in the bus terminal
-
Had no problems doing my 90 day report online for the past4 years, then last November (2023) it was rejected and said to go to nearest immigration office Khon Kaen immigration office could not tell me why it was rejected. Yesterday my 90 day online was once again rejected, this time it said wrong data. I have been using the same data for the past 4 years.

Whatever the official Honda website says, the fact is that a Rebel 300 has not been available, at any Chiang Mai Honda dealer, for over 10 months.
Lets see if it is going to be replaced with the 250 model.
I was at Honda Big Wing Khon Kaen a few weeks back and they did not have any rebels in the show room.

I find it funny how comments above blame the Chinese husband but not the Thai wife who I have little doubt was the procurer.
It is hardly a secret that this occurs. This kind of thing has been going on for a very long time, decades, and if people came out of their little bubble and read the news then they would be very aware of the danger of accepting employment in such places.
Worked in that region for many years and every few months such articles would appear in the local papers. The first thing many employers do is confiscate the employees passport.

I used to use Khon Kaen Bangkok Hospital, but I now use this place. They do a full medical check up for 4500 baht, Blood analysis, Urine, x-ray and ultrasound ect. I had my gallbladder removed last November, total cost was 96,000 baht, which included two nights stay in a VIP room, which I found to be as good a standard as the BKK Hospital.

For future reference Khon Kaen Srinagarind Hospital (Government) has a separate clinic which you pay for treatment, charges are very reasonable and the service is good. On average I have been charged 300 baht DR fees.

The UK Government can provide 100 million doses of vaccinations to poorer countries, but cannot send vaccination doses to their Embassy/Consulates to assist in the vaccination of British Expats. Shame on you Boris Johnson.

Just have been diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma and will be having the 3rd of 8 IV sessions on the 30th and then 3 weeks apart. So it is taking all my strength, time and money at the moment. But a very high likelihood of a good to best prognosis. So for the time being still quite content with my small CBR.
Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery Randell

Something to consider for any future policy that the broker comes up with, the previous provider didn't have any deductibles, i.e. it covered you for what it did and would pay out up to what it would, so no choice there.
The above said, I like the idea of deductibles to reduce the policy cost.
I took this option and my quoted premium dropped from 168k to 96k , with two years no claims, it has dropped to 84k

Well done Sommart, your quick action saved a little boys life. It is a reminder to all members who have ever received any form of training to share it with your family, one day it may save a life.

My point is, before there came millions of tourists each year, generated a sum of money.
Do you believe, the will regenerate the same money with that idea???
I don't think so.
Singapore did the same with Bugis street, then learnt that they had shot themselves in the foot, realizing how big a tourist attraction it had been. They built a modern version, which turned out to be a big flop to most tourists.
old bugis street new version

He said the poor air quality has prompted General Prawit to order all provincial governors to send teams to warn farmers to stop the burning or face prosecution.
Any bets that it will end up with the same enforcement percentage as wearing a crash helmet on motorcycles.

Apologies for just posting a google search result but there are too many and I am lazy to write all down. Some I also don't know the proper name. Best you remember or take a screenshot of the ones you like and have a look at the plant market in your area.
Many of those plants in the search results are easily available in Thailand and not expensive.
Thank you, much appreciated.
