Cheers in advance of any relevant information

  2. Well, as I started the discussion and made specific reference to flying to / from Singapore, I think it's open to interpretation and I am happy to see land, air and sea borders discussed. If you want to limit this to land borders maybe you could start your own discussion.

I have difficulty understanding your complaint. You started this discussion with with what you say you copied from the website of the Thai consulate in Liverpool, without giving a link:

I just read this on the Liverpool Thai Consulate page:

"A multiple entry visa is valid for 12 months conditional on leaving Thailand for 48 hours every 90 days."

    Anyone had that enforced?...

The quoted text makes no reference to the type of entry into Thailand, whether by land, sea or air, and therefore this topic is definitely open to discussion of all types of entry. You and others mentioned that they entered by air. One member asked about entry by land and he was given information about that type of entry.

So why do folk from religion dominated countries and lives come to a Christian country that they hate. Somebody tell me, perhaps you. thumbsup.gif

    They don't!.

The vast majority of Muslims living in the UK were either born here or came to the UK in the hope of making a better life for themselves. They no more hate the UK than you hate Thailand! (Or maybe you do hate Thailand?)

What they do hate are these extremists who carry out these atrocities in the name of Islam!

Hundreds of thousands of Muslim soldiers fought, and many died, for this country in two world wars and many other campaigns. Many still do so today.

So WHY doesn't the supposed no.1, only religion in the world reel these folk in. WHY. WHY don't they teach what they do is against their beliefs and there will be noooooooooo harem for them. ??????????

In terms of followers; Christianity is the number one religion in the world; over 33% of those who follow a religion say they are Christian; about 21% say they are Muslim.

Prejudice and facts never go together!

I have not read the Koran; will those who claim it instructs Muslims to hate and murder non Muslims supply the appropriate quotes with references so I can check?

    E.g., book A, verse X says..........

  4. No, but if all else fails then salt and water combined, along with a lot of painful rubbing is one way smile.gif

I've not tried this but a tattooed collegue of mine once used this method!

I doubt that method, laser removal is the only realistic way of removing tattoos, sorry don't know where in CM.

  5. Get yourself an Rapidshare account ;)

Torrent sucks in Thailand. The connection between seeders and leecher are terrible in East Asia.

It works only good in Europe and America.

Agree 100% the only way to go, torrents waste of time and bandwidth.

    +1

Yep, same here. I've abandoned torrents for good in favor of file hosting sites. Join a file sharing community and you'll never use torrents again. EVER. If you collect HD movies, tv shows, and lossless music, this is your best option.

Could you give me a link to a reliable file hosting site.

  6. "I can't find a character on my keyboard to demonstrate what the old girders looked like, the ones used to construct New York city in the 30's for example, but in cross-section imagine a T with a line at the bottom of the T, like a rotated H on its side."

You mean an I? They are called I beams.

internationally known as "Double T" beam. doppel_t_traeger.gif

In USA it's called an "I" beam. And if it's standing vertically it's a column.

RSJ beams, many names for same thing.
