Just filed for my 30 day extension...got it with no problems. My extension ends May 16...does this mean I have to leave and come back by May 16th to reenter Thailand for my 2nd tourist visa?
Any suggestions on which border run is faster?/companies that are efficient?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi there,
Last month I check out California as well...I believe they quoted me at 10,000 for a year. Can't remember what the cost was with yoga. I've been really busy so I haven't been able to check out other places, I would appreciate any info on this topic as well.....

I was in an accident on Monday night.....taxi driver in a head on collision. My friend and I walked away fine. Taxi driver just laughed.

Hello,
Just thought I would post my experience today at Immigration, maybe this could help someone in the future.
Easy way to get there:
MRT: Lumpini Station, exit #2 (Sathorn Rd) walk about 200m to a bus stop.
You can take bus numbers 22, 62, 67 to the Immigration office.
If you have extra time, you can walk.
Just keep walking straight past the bus stop, you will see Banyon Tree Hotel on your left, keep walking until you get to the next intersection...turn left on Soi SuanPlu. (same st. as the office)
Walk about 3 blocks or so and you will see it on your left.
Address:
Immigration Bureau
507 Soi SuanPlu
Sathorn Thai Rd.
Go inside to the office first and go to the information desk. You will need copies of your passport (your photo/info, your departure card, and visa.) You need to fill out a form and attach one 4x6 photo. You will get a number to be called to a window just like the DMV.
If you don't have copies, get your number right away and you can go directly across the street to get copies if you need them (2 THB/page) and even get a photo if you need. (4-4x6 photos 100 THB) takes about one minute.
Go back in and sit, and wait for your lucky number. When you go up to pay and submit your forms and passport, make sure you get your change...they almost "forgot" mine.
Good luck! I hope this helps anyone needing info about this topic.
Happy New Year

i guess songkran is off, no gatherings of moe than 5 people is part of the rules right?
A friend of mine just flew in from the States...she's staying near Banyan Tree Hotel...anyone know if there are any red shirts hanging around over there? I'd like to take her to Khao San. A friend told me that it's all closed down?? Can't imagine this, but I don't have a TV, anyone have updates?
Greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Anyone know if Thai Immigration offices will be open on 16 April? Just want to be sure due to Songkran. Also, is it still 1,900 B? And do you need any photos?

Where did you fly your cat from internationally speaking? I moved to Bangkok a few months ago, would love to bring my cat, but I'm not home all that much. I'm just curious as to the procedure that you went through.....
