How on gods earth are people on TV supposed to have an answer for that question. The things some people ask.

It's not a bad idea I suppose. My condo doesn't have aircon public spaces. People open their doors for breezes.
Thanks for that great bit of info.

We should all reach out to the poor fellow and offer to spend some time with him.

I brought a case of kids clothes back and gave to an orphanage in Patts. They had been given to me by friends back in Oz. Next tme i went baqck to oz, this time , had no more free clothes so i went to the salvo op shop and paid $1 per item to make up a case full. Brought them back, was advised by the orphanage that the kids had enough clothes so the were sold off , by the kids at an open day for 10 Baht each. Not complaining abut the orphanage just telling what happened.

And the day someone can figure out why so many farang get their knickers in a knot about the most trivial things will indeed be a day to circle on your calendar.
Pettiness aside, if you had a similar problem in a bar in UK, USA or Australia, would you immediately ask why all Brits or Americans or Australians employ a logic that befuddles you?
Ive been asking that very question for years. IQ has got a lot to do with it.

P.S. The Ozzie embassy only requires a stat dec from us. I guess its because we are known for our honesty.

Immigration has no requirement for you to show 3 months of income to apply for an extension. You just need proof you have an income proven by a letter from an embassy.
I never said 3 months proof of income, What I am saying is that dont have the proof of income more than 3 months old, (for the yearly income.). Just playing it safe.
-
If you "dont worry about that" and things go pear shape, you gotta start the whole process over again. Try to get proof of income less that 3 months old.
-
Not what I would call a new topic. But still, extremely interesting.

"Buddhists believe that after death each person is reincarnated as another being."
... unless they attain nirvana. I think the moral here should be those Buddhist Thais that keep finding themselves having to 'make merit', they'll never achieve it. I kind of prefer there to be nothing; imagine coming back and having an abusive parent, as a sand worm, or a democrat for instance.
But people saying RIP is just courtesy. Get over it.
Courtesy to a dead person. Not possible.
-
Saying RIP to a buddist couldnt be more rediculous and out of order. "Buddhists believe that after death each person is reincarnated as another being." To keep telling them that you hope they are not reincarnated is absurb. One other thing, they cant hear you.
