Hi All, back to above related question. I will be going to Penang to obtain a Non O visa by right of having a child in Thailand . Please advise Embassy rules and paperwork needed.
-
Hi TV PPL
can I use my 1 year Thai driving license in Malaysia. I did not renew my 5 year one, I think that was a mistake on my part!
-
-
So I can gain a Non O visa with only my Child's Birth Certificate and after the Non O get a 1 year extension (but must be LEGAL parent in Thai law).
Does that sum it up for my options I think. Thank you for all input it is confusing when not married and living in Thailand .

I have birth certificate with my name in, also blood test results proving I am Father. What more do I need?
-
Thanks Mario. I just saw G8 get 30 days that will be enough. However thankful for all replies for future visas.
Thanks again.

Q1. Yes
Q2. No
Q3. Yes
I only need 30 days as head off to work soon. So better just a border run this time. Is that ok after extension?
-
Ok Mario are those originals or copies signed?
-
nzexpat you state "may" be able to? What if I cannot, what are my others options? Also does my Spouse and child have to be with me for this?
-
Ok mate. I best do that then! I was getting new UK passport for my child, do I need to petition court beforehand or my name on is enough?
-
Ok Mario. I am not married but my name is on the birth certificate. So a visa run is my only option.

I am the legal father and have already shown that on all my 2 month Extension's. ... so I have to leave to a nearby country Thai Embassy, that is my only option after 2 month extension?
I can show money in bank and income higher than suggested? Is that an option?

Hi TV PPL
I extended my 30 day entry visa by 2 months at immigration because I have child living in Thailand.
My 2 months extension is nearly finished. What are my options to extend again or visa run details?
Thanks all.

Hi All,
I recently paid 500,000thb off a condo and due to work changes cannot pay off as quickly as I would have liked. Thus my fiance applied for a loan from the bank with me as guarantor. I am understanding the condo will be held by the bank until the loan is repaid, however will it be solely owned by me as I made the payments through my partner?
What legal protection can I put in place against her getting the condo when all is paid so the condo is solely mine after final payment and then apply for the deeds at the land registry at the end? Please advise would be much grateful incase i make any mistakes at the beginning!

Thanks for the replies. One more question, if I do a border run and get the standard 15 days on re entry at Thai border, can I extend in immigration in Thailand for 2 months because I have a Thai child?
-
Hi All TV PPL,
I have already extended my 30 day entry visa in Immigration office for 7 days, can I extend it again or is this not possible at immigration or do I have to re entry through border.
Thanks for all replies.

Hi All TV,
Please advise on the following. I have just renewed my Driving License and took a 1 year instead of my normal 5 years. I wish to get my 5 year license as Malaysia does not accept 1 year as validity to drive.
Please advise is it possible to get my new 5 year before my 1 year expires. Also can I get new 5 year renewed on a 90 day Non O visa.
Thanks for all replies.
