my question is what happening if im on a marriage extension and we divorce

what happaning with my extension, i have to leave and get a new visa or my extension still valid, i just cant renew...

or other way, if we divorce do the immigration office will know about it? is it pop up on my next 90days report?

first of all, im hungarian too, and i know my country well, we never send officers, or try to get somebody abroad... we not even arrest peoples in our country who have tax fraud or evasion!

they may just try to hide the truth with some stupid story i guess...

i also checked hungarian news sites, nothing about this, we are a small county, if one of us arrested abroad, (especially if hungarian officers go to bkk) that should be a big new in my small country... but nothing about it... hmm

Im on a Non O exstension!

my first 90 days report date is coming soon, they said i must do it in person at first after can do it by mail!

i live in bkk, so i go to Cheng wattana thats clear... bring my pasport... what else?

do i have to fill some form? if yes which one?

and how long it take, i mean i give me passport to the officer and after what, have to wait hours or its fast?

just want to prepare myself

i just did my extension a month ago!

the officer told me exactly what pictures she need: 1. front of the house, 2. in the living room 3. on the bed 4. front of the wardrobe!

she didnt want any photo from the marriage, not even asked about it...

unfortunately we didnt have photo with the wardrobe so we had one more run to suan plu... but finally everything went well

i can confirm! my wife told me she see it long time ago!

but just make it correct, it say foreigner, not farang

lol its funny, i watched Stavros on youtube, and yes its true he definitely speak familiar english like me ) actually his character in the movie is greece, what is the same region (central Eu) where i come from

yes i had kor ror 2, and i got it from the office where we were married, without ask for it! (fortunately)

she only had problem with this paper, what show im single, so i have to bring tomorrow!

anyway it was not so bad at all, she was friendly, and talked a lot with my wife about my fmaily, our travels etc...

hopefully i just bring this paper tomorrow and everything will be fine!

We went to Suan Plu with my wife! for my first non o marriage extension

we bring every documents what needed, even the new Khor ror 2, everything looked fine! but she said i need to show her the document what show im single, what suprised me, because that document actually have to show when i want to marry... so its a bit confuse why i have to show the document that show im single when im married already!

she said we can bring her tomorrow, and we dont have to wait, she was friendly and interwieved my wife also, she just need that documents

so if anybody else going to sua plu prepare yoursself, they may need the document from your embassy what show you were single!

anyboy else had to show this?

im going to suan plu this week to my first non o marriage extansion!

i hope i have everything, i carefully red the topics always here, and just hope somebody comfirm that i have everything, or if not what i missing:

so i have:

1. Application form T.M. 7 with one photograph size 4x6 cm. and Visa Fee 1900.-Baht

2. Copy of passport ( with certified true copy ) 2 copy

3. Marriage Certificate 2 copy

4. Wife’s house registration 2 copy

5. Wife’s identity card 2 copy

6. bank guarantee, signed with the bank manager i pick it up in the bank 1 day before

7. updated bankbook (updated on the same day as the bank guarantee paper), showing more than 400.000 (more than 3 month)

8. plenty of photos: front of the house where we live, inside, from our travels...etc...

this all? or do i need something else too?

and when we there with my wife, what should we looking for there? we should looking for a room? if yes which room number?

Im going to my first Non o extension to suanplu soon, based on my marriage with thai national!

i will use the 400.000 baht in the bank option!

my question is!:

i dont work, actually, im 27 yrs old, but i have money enough, my family have a business, whats going qiuet well, they can support me, and i have apartman also in my home country what i rent out, and have a good money from there!

so my question is, what should i say if they ask me and ask my wife on the interwiev whats my occupation??

is it ok if i say im unemployed?? do they give this extension for an unemployed 27yrs old farang?

or should i lie something, like i have a company in my home country, my brother run the business there, i just get money from there bla bla bla....

i really want to know whats ur opinions guys?

I tried read nearly every information about my questions here! this forum is really helpful, and i found a lot of answers! but i still have some, so please help me to find the answers!

I married with a thai women, we going back to my home country to europe next month, so when we home, i pick up a Non immigrant O visa, and we come back to thailand to live here!

i want to do an extension of stay, based on my marrige, and i have 400.000 THB in the bank 2 month ago...(it will be 3 month when we apply for it)

my questions is:

- when we come back to thailand from EU with my 3 month marrige visa, when should i start the process to get the extension of stay? and where? i live at bangkok, ratchada (dindang) so my only choise is suan plu? or have other place for it in bkk? and my wife actually live at rangsit, phatumthani, so if we dont want to go to suan plu, can we say we live at rangsit in her house, and go to imigration offices around there? or its not a good idea? (i just read a lot of bad experience about suan plu..)

- i read about they may need some photo from the marriage and around the house! we didnt have the formal thai wedding, we just went to the local office and signed the papers! so what kind of marrige photos should i bring?? its okey if we go to a photo studio and take some photo in marriage dress? or what kind of photos they exactly need? and what if we dont have any?? and about the photos arond the house, we live in an apartman house, so where should we take photos, in the rooms? or outside the apartman building??
