Children are not charged for overstay.
Agree, but does anyone know the cut off age.?
Children 14 or older do have to pay the same fine now, before it was age 17.

The office issuing your new passport can do nothing about your visa for Thailand except make sure that the page containing the visa does not get cancelled in your old passport. An old passport usually gets cancelled by holes being punched into it or a corner being cut off. Fold the page with the visa in half, and in a covering letter to the passport office request that that particular page not be cancelled.Hi there has anybody been though a Passport renewal when they have a 1-"O" Year visa in the soon to be expireing passport they would like to keep? Does the Passport renewal agency take the page out and put in the new one or do you just take your new passport and expired passport when arriveing back to Thaialnd. The Thai immigration office, I read in recent topic (can’t find it now), does not transfer a visa (stamp or sticker put there by a Thai consulate) from the old passport to the new passport but it will, upon request, transfer an extension-of-stay stamp. I don’t know whether they also transfer a multiple re-entry permit, but seeing that this is also a stamp put there by Immigration, they might. Use this form to apply. Free of charge.

Maestro
I got my new passport in Bangkok and went straight to immigration in Suan Plu and got the visa transfered to my new passport (Stamped Copy) they will then staple your passports together untill your visa runs out in your old passport and you obtain a new one in your new passport.
Easy Peezy!

My housekeepr (Maid) is from Shan State - Burma and we get her a work permit every year.
She has been with us for 3 years now and she does not have a passport.
As long as paperwork is in order there is no problems at all.
It costs 1900 THB per year for permit and 1900 THB a year for medical card.
You will need to provide passport/Visa details if you are hiring her plus a copy of your work permit
Easy

They are both professionals.I think that the MU punters will be more of a problem...untill Ronaldo scores a few goals for them....then all will be forgiven.
I THINK NOT!

God help him (Ronaldo) is all i can say.
I am from Manchester and most of my family and friends support United although i am a City fan myself and they are all already slating him.
Life will be hel_l in the Uk when he returns for sure, and he will be unable to cope with all the fans from every club and of course the British Press!
"Bye Bye Ronaldo"

SBK,
Thanks, sound advise as usual!
I guess Vigo will just have to hate me for a few more days.
I am dreading taking the plaster off though, he will go crazy

Update!
Vigo back home and doing fine!
He was feeling sorry for himself yesterday evening, but hey, who can blame him.
He is fine today, kinda back to normal, more alert and taking medication well.
Biggest problem now is that we have to change his dressing every day, but it is a plaster dressing stuck to his "Willy" and not his balls
This is going to be a nightmare as it is sure to hurt him and he's going to be really pissed with me
I thought if you had a "lamp shade" on there was no need to cover the wound, am i right?
Here i is below.

He is in the vet's now!

Patriotic, men, boys, killing!!!
Listen up, i lost my brother in the Iraq war 18 months ago, he was a British soldier that had served for 22 years in the Military police and had NO choice to go.
He was SLAUGHTERED yes SLAUGHTERED along with 5 of his platoon in Baghdad, 6 soliers and 221 rounds fired at them as they lay backed into a corner!
So stop the Bullshit about patriotic soliers, they are doing their JOBS!
