    A house in the Udon Thani should cost no more than US$400.00 per square meter. About 13500 TB per square meter. I just built a large one with three bathrooms and two kitchens, and project managed it myself, and it cost 12,000 TB per square meter. And as someone else commented, be prepared to lose your investment, and don't spend all your money on the project.

    I have been using Thai Driving licence for ID purposes when flying domestically here for the past 10 years without any problems. I use Nok, Air Asia. and Thai Lion Air, and travel on average once a week.

    Best approach to this issue is contact your CC company who were the payers. I am sure they will fix the issue but mine only allow 1 month from transaction date until you notify them. Visa Card have always refunded my account in these situations.
