  12. A house in the Udon Thani should cost no more than US$400.00 per square meter. About 13500 TB per square meter. I just built a large one with three bathrooms and two kitchens, and project managed it myself, and it cost 12,000 TB per square meter. And as someone else commented, be prepared to lose your investment, and don't spend all your money on the project.
