  1. I've met Neal before while diving.

He seemed like such a good bloke.

He was a very funny guy. Ex US serviceman.

i live near him,and ,yes he is a nice bloke, hope this is cleared soon,at this moment his company dont know this news yet.

He was quite happy to have sex a 13 yo CHILD.

    He is a nice bloke???

    <deleted>.

He is quoted as saying she told him she was 19.

What would you expect him to say?

Arrest me ,I am a paedophile, she is only 13yo. Yeah.

  2. Obviojusly this girl has done this many times, and more than likely a teenage prostitute. The authorities know that or they would not have been monitoring her. She probably approached the guy.

Where did you get the information that she is a teenage prostitute and has done this many times?

I would suggest that it is possible the man has done this many times and is likely a pedophile.

    Exactly!

  3. A Paedophile is a paedophile is a paedophile!

People trying to make excuses for this behaviour because she probably approached him, and she lied about her age and he may not have known her true age are pathetic.

If you are not a paedophile you do not proposition a girl without ensuring she is of legal age especially when the majority of asian girls look younger than what they are.

If you are not sure of her age, but you are certain you are not a paedophile, then you walk away.

I doubt very much that the girl was pre-pubescent, so it's hardly paedophilia.

    It is what it is.

(generally age 11 years or younger, though specific diagnosis criteria for the disorder extends the cut-off point for prepubescence to age 13)

  4. second extradition in 100 years we are already outside the realm of "normal" Thai judicial process. my bet is they'll be eager to show it wasn't for nothing and he'll be going away for a long time whatever happened in previous cases.

If I was to predict a sentence, I would say 15 years minus 50% for early guilty plea, minus almost 3 years served, free within 5 years of sentencing. Likely to be back in the UK well before then.

Enjoying his 35th birthday with a drink in a certain Phuket bar.

You really are a f--kwit, he will not see 35.

If he ever does get out people will be waiting, he will not get away with murdering a decorated US serviceman in the cowardly manner he did.

No need for name calling.... Please try to rise above that level.

What people? Who do you think will be waiting to kill him? US Service men?

Is that the type of individual you feel is enlisted in the US military?

Please extrapolate as to who you think is going to kill him? huh.png

You have obviously never been in a theatre of war where your life is constantly at risk and you rely heavily on your mates for survival.

Nothing forges a bond of friendship more than that experience.

He survives this, only to be cut down by a low-life cowardly scum not worthy of cleaning his combat boots.

Not acceptable to any he served with.

If he were my brother, my son or my comrade at arms, I would be waiting.

    Plenty will be.

  6. I think this fearless fighting machine will turn into a scared little mouse once he enters the Thai prison system and as such will receive the reception and hospitality he deserves fromm the inmates.

To suggest that inmates would be intimidated by this louse is a joke, the way he killed shows he is a basically a spineless coward.

Hopefully one way or another he never sees life outside prison again.

a spineless coward would be too afraid to use a knife on an enemy

    You are kidding, yes???

This was no war, no enemy, just a piece of scum who was beaten in a fight he himself started, then later stalked and cold bloodedly murdered the man with a knife while the man was unarmed and unexpecting his arrival, thus totally undefensive

    SPINELESS COWARD, in my book.

  8. Wow! Aren't you the 'nattering nabob of negativity' today.

I believe its called being realistic not living in a fantasy dream world

PS. Do you actually know the meaning of word nabob?

Negativity is his native language. Did you notice in one post all he could do was ask who told you this and then his negative comment. Never once volunteering the information of who told him it was not going to work.

I for the life of me can not understand why such a obviously gifted and intelligent individual would choose to live in a country he can not say one good thing about.

Seemingly intelligent, definitely self-loving and arrogant, hope I never meet him, the type that 5 minutes in the company of would be 5 minutes too long. A self-absorbant twit.

  9. Disabled marine

How was he disabled, he was able to get around and move freely, but he was disabled :whistling:

edit to add that as yet we do not know it is murder, lets have a trial first and hear all the facts.

Why are you trying to defend such an obvious low-life, friend of the scumbag?

    Not just murder- premeditated murder!

  10. While I am 100% in favor of ridding Thailand of trash, they should start by cleaning their on yard first. There are plenty more local criminals and crooked police than there are falang.

Oh, silly me, the locals don't have the money to bribe their way out and the police would lose face if they were themselves arrested.

This place is and always will be a joke when it comes to legal issues.

I do not understand why people continually harp on about ''local criminals'' needing to be cleaned up before worrying about farang undesirables. Thai criminals are born and bred Thais, and criminals or not they have every right to be in Thailand, their home country.

Farangs, on the other hand do not have this right and if they are criminals or undesirables they should be the first targeted and booted out. When all farang crooks are gone and only decent law abiding farangs are left , then clean up their own countrymen.

I am Australian and hate the fact that farang scum of any country, including my own, are living in Thailand.
