Hi. I am seeking advice and recommendation from the experts here. I am a Malaysian holding a Malaysia CIMB account. I used my ATM to withdraw cash from CIMBThai ATM for many years. The service is free. However the CIMBThai demolished their ATM service since 1-2years ago ("because everyone is paying by phone APP, no more cash needed"). I was forced to make transaction from other Thai bank ATM. Service charges from both Thai n Malaysia banks incurred. As a foreigner, put aside the option of opening an account in Thai bank, what else option I have for cash withdrawal? I was told that Thailand has plan to make those digital ewallet APP to be as friendly as even covering simple cash withdrawal at 7-11, Lotus, Macro, etc. Is this real? Which APP? Withdrawal at where? Another interesting one is CHILL D debit card from CIMBThai. It seems to have lot of free services, locally as well as internationally. And very convenient access. I am not in Thailand now thus I could not step in to the bank to check detail. But as per my enquiry to customer service through email, it says foreigner can open a Chill account but cannot get a card. So, I wonder if those attractive points in their website has how many exceptions for foreigners. If anyone here has any experience please share. Thank you very much.

Hi, Any experts here know is there is any way the foreigners could do something to the authorities to allow us NOT TO involve in the mixing vaccines like they do for the Thais? It is truly worrying but why is the authority still go against WHO advice. So far what I understand from the local health institution - 1st Sinovac, 2nd AZ, 3rd Sinopharm. Hi. I would like to get advice on couple of questions regarding covid vaccination. 1/ Anyone here know the duration of each vaccine brands' 1st to 2nd dos duration? I am asking this because I plan to go home hoping by early next year (hoping situation would be more stabilize by then). I heard some Thais who got Astra 1st dos and 2nd is scheduled 3 mths later. Some Astra got 2nd dos as 1 mth later. While some Sinovac 2nd dos is few weeks apart. So, I wonder if the Gov is having a proper/solid/more organised plan for the vaccination. I would like to make sure that I manage to catch up with the vaccination properly before leaving Thailand. 2/ Do they allow us to choose the vaccine brand? Or is there any way one could get a choice (eg health condition etc). (Provided that they available) 3/ As for now, is vaccination the only way to enter a country? Does any country allows anyone without vaccination to enter? (After all, compulsary quarantine is still on. What's the different of one with/without vaccination?) 4/ Please advise procedure to get a vaccinated document for travelling purposes. (Understand that we need to request for a English version document which is only given by request). Thank you in advance.
