It can be a normal practice in Thailand if you buy a car late December it may not be registered till late Jan or if you want a special number can be as late as Feb or March
Well, that's usually the case for normal drivers. But a lot of hiso wannabes delay the registration for years, they just love those red plates too much ????

The fact that this case is still making the news shows that they are still bargaining about the thickness of the brown envelope or the lack of it.. ????

Such nonsense. What if the multi-millionaire been driving one of his company's pickups in the same accident, you'd be happy with a "proportional fine" then?
That's why I said multiplied by his ego.. ???? Definitely much better than the wrist-slapping amounts they are fining now.

Fines mean nothing to him.
Exactly, at least fines should be proportionate to the value of the car and multiplied by the ego size of the driver (which is easy to determine :D)

Yes but plenty of morons live among us, they need a warning sign on a hot coffee cup to warn them that content is hot.
As someone said long time ago, remove warning labels and let nature take its course.

First thing is..
EV won't accommodate long haul.
Recharge downtime.
Multiple recharge.
Several tonnes of battery packs.
Completely different vehicles required.
Drive trains.
Then the global problem of what happens to millions of toxic batteries,?
And the dedicated warranty service required.
Isn't that simple as form a committee and numerous long lunches required.
Add it to the 21 billion pattaya light rail monorail investigation money.
And the super fast train network.
Rest assured, they have already thought of all these..
