What is there to read? You came up with a nonsensical argument that expats returning from the EU would be a huge burden on the UK. I showed you why the opposite would be the case. You have no answer to that. Just admit that you were wrong.
Could depend whether EU expats end up getting frozen ones like us in Thailand.

When cars are given their annual (? ) roadworthiness check, do the inspectors actually check emissions?
I once saw a line of song taews being checked at the Chiang Mai centre, and the gadget for checking exhaust emissions never left the hook.
I have found it depends what test station you use.
My scoot was checked for emissions but nothing else, paid 540 bath they gave a nice china soup bowl and said come back in a couple of days and pick up my Road disc & DTPL & sticker.
My Versys motorcycle which you take to a car test place they just rubbed frame & engine numbers & photo of rear, nothing else, paid 722 baht for DTPL & test pass slip.
Test 2008 Yaris brake check & photo only, 200 baht.

Google search would be best.
Difficult if it's an old car, maybe better if recent less than 3 years.
You can get independent companies to check cars over at the used dealer and at owners houses, not sure how that would work out.
Maybe telephone the previous owner if buying from a dealer.
Buying private phone their insurers could be a way..

So what is the clear benefit of Brexit?
Come on, nobody's going home until I get an answer!
IMMHO.
l was for Brexit although l reside in Thailand which is a bit hypocritical l know because l wanted England to be free of a bunch of foreigners that we had fought against throughout history and be a independent England again making it's own decisions on who to trade with throughout the whole world like we use to not just within a silly club.
To be honest l'm not in anyway a finance world expert but seeing what was happening with Greece, Italy, Spain & Portugal and our massive debt what good has EU done.
The benefit is freedom.

"Car road tax is cheaper every year after 5 years. "
Not so.
I bought my Toyota 4-door 2WD pickup in 1989 (that's right, eighty-nine), year 2532.
FYI, the tax on our 2012 Toyota HiAce van, low top, is baht 1,600
4-door tax vs 2-door tax. ??

Sure, for car and pick-up truck over 7 years old , just pay the 200 bahts for the very quick check..... 10 minutes and it is done.... They do not check the serial number anymore using masking tape and pencil to copy it. The certificate is not large with many stamps anymore,,,,,just a half A4 page with a QR code.
Not really saying it's expensive only again l'm not too sure but I think it may be cheaper if you get your CTPL gov ins from them as well along with test.

It was on the news last week that cars 7 years and over would have to pay a higher yearly tax.
Well lets hope that goes the same way as people riding in the back of truck.

Use Hex head screws l find them stronger but pre-drilling is still the way sometimes to penetrate some hardwoods.
There are different quality screws knocking about.

16 ? Is that a mistake I thought they came out in 2011..so 6 years ? ? ?Second-generation Ranger models from 2006 to 2011 were also designed by Mazda, being re-badged versions of the successor to the B-Series, the first generation BT50.

Never seen anything like it here. We use roofing paper in Norway, but we insulate against the cold.
You can use most anything that stops the odd spot of water that gets through roof cover.
There are breathable paper underlay not really looked for it here.
Read many Architect comments in the Asian area the one l like is always make the roof aesthetically pleasing and if it leaks don't worry it's good for washing the floor.
