  1. The posters are correct and the police do not have to accept a copy, however on the occasion I was asked the copy was sufficient. At least a copy is better than nothing and can be verified thro its details.

I also have a Thai licence and is acceptable as id (passport number is on your licence)

Sorry mate====have 2 licences.one for car and one for motorbike----neither have passport number on them-----just checked with mate and he's the same----dont know where your'e looking

  2. Yes I know----I did send this info when I went for my 90 day in October. I would not have minded the bike ride to Nongkai as it was a lovely morning but the staff at the a/port were so much more friendly. At Nongkhai I got into the habit of picking 2 "Q" cards with a gap between them so that I could pretend I did not have the no called if it was an unsocial officer{if you know what I mean}.I left the a/port with both myself and the immigration officer both smiling. His last words were"see you in 90days SIR!!!!!}. Actually looking forward to my next trip Dougal.

  3. Wow you must know a lot of influential people.I had to go back to my home in NZ to apply for a ret visa. I had to get a full medical---took a week to get results of blood tests,I had to apply to the NZ court for a criminal record clearance.Never had problem with the law in my life but it still took 6 weeks!!!! Do not know how you did it mate but good luck if you get away with it so easy Dougal

  4. "The tape records widths of between 49 and 56 millimetres"

I first thought that scale is diameter, but after looking on our caliper I doubt that. Thai men would be monster.

Than I took the size /3.14: 56/3.14=17.8 mm that looks too small.

    What mistake did I made???

I am glad to see this topic as I have had a lot of trouble ever since I have been here.I use the biggest condoms I have been able to find [56 durex] and was with the help of my girlfriend, and I still find it very uncomfortable to put them on and they easily slide off and leave them inside her. This is to say the least a bit embarrassing!!! The measurement is the circumference of the penis and I do not consider myself to be so well endowed as to boast about it.Any help here? thanks Dougal

They should slip off if they are too big, not too small!!??

I agree in principal but they are so tight I can only pull them on half way and believe me they are not very secure

OK I have just done a 'personal survey" with my own measuring stick and find I am way out with my thoughts of those figures being the girth as in measuring a tree.So way out so what do those measurements represent----its not diam, not width and not circumference---I give in!!!!!!

  7. OK Halfsquat---all I can say is I always go for an oil massage. It is easier on the body for us oldies and I dont spend the next 48hrs getting over the pain---what's the point of that. Also i would warn you and others that a lot of these so called "masseurs" are nothing more than young girls trying to earn a living, with very little experience or ability to do you anthing but harm.A young girl in my home country [New Zealand] came here on holiday, had a massage and is now confined to a wheelchair for the rest of her life-----Be warned

  8. Think you must have upset someone along the way---I entered at BKK last year on my first Retirement visa which I got in NZ[my home country] and the officer stamped me as a one month visitor.I reported to Nongkhai at the end of that month and they spamped me for 90 days.I carried on doing this until the last trip was for 2 months and they gave me my 2ndretirement visa----no problems-------Dougal

  9. I am looking at starting a new business and require cardboard boxes with my personalised printing on them.I was hoping to find someone in Udon Thani, this being my home town, but am up against a brick wall. Can anybody help me here.If I have to travel a short distance OK,but I did not want to deal with BKK,thanks Dougal

  10. was fingerprinted in Indonesia, Bali for my extension. Every month, new appl and photos.

I have a question for you all with retirement visas. I needed to show up for 90 day check-in with address, etc on the 10th, totally forgot, now today is closed for Queen's Birthday. Will I have to pay a fine for late reporting?

Last year I was supposed to report to Nongkhai-go over bridge and back-on the 1st Jan but listened to mates who said they would be closed so went on 2nd and was charged 500bt!!!!

  11.
