  1. I had my application rejected a few days ago for not entering a phone number! Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. No phone number The funny thing is that I did enter a phone number, even though it is not a compulary field to complete. I resubmitted my application with no phone number and it was accepted! If you're having a similar issue, then just don't enter a phone number would seem to be the solution.
  2. I guess the IT guy turned all the servers off before the Songkran holiday. If he doesn't need them, might as well save some electricity right? Maybe they'll be working again on Monday afternoon!
  3. I just tried to use the app to check if my TM30 is up to date before I renew my visa in a few months. It fails to connect and only shows the error message in Thai (after setting the app to English). It fails to connect before you get the chance to type in your login details. Website also not loading.
  4. I've been trying to report online all week with no success. I saw one post by Eff1n2ret on Thursday mentioning successful use of the online service. Everyone else is saying it is not progressing past the first page, which is also my own experience. I last did my report online in May, then in August it wouldn't progress past the first page online, so I did it in person. Now I’m in the same situation again. It’s so frustrating, how many months or years will it take for a basic reporting system to work, or even produce relevant error messages!
  5. Thanks for the updated information. So, I can try to do it online for the next two weeks, then I have up to seven days after to go in-person. Hopefully the website will miraculously start working before then.
  6. My 15 days - 7 days before my 90 day report is due (when online reporting is supposed to work) started yesterday. The online site is not working AGAIN! Just the stupid popup " For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area." I'll keep trying this week and then go there again next week if necessary.
  7. I've tried to do my 90 day report on the website for the past three days with no success. I currently either get a completely white screen or a white screen with the popup message, " For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area." Four days of attempts remaining before I have to make the trek there in person!
