  1. I had my application rejected a few days ago for not entering a phone number!

Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected.

    No phone number

The funny thing is that I did enter a phone number, even though it is not a compulary field to complete. I resubmitted my application with no phone number and it was accepted! If you're having a similar issue, then just don't enter a phone number would seem to be the solution.

  2. I've been trying to report online all week with no success. I saw one post by Eff1n2ret on Thursday mentioning successful use of the online service. Everyone else is saying it is not progressing past the first page, which is also my own experience.

I last did my report online in May, then in August it wouldn't progress past the first page online, so I did it in person. Now I’m in the same situation again. It’s so frustrating, how many months or years will it take for a basic reporting system to work, or even produce relevant error messages!

  3. My 15 days - 7 days before my 90 day report is due (when online reporting is supposed to work) started yesterday. The online site is not working AGAIN!

Just the stupid popup " For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

I'll keep trying this week and then go there again next week if necessary.

  4. I've tried to do my 90 day report on the website for the past three days with no success. I currently either get a completely white screen or a white screen with the popup message, " For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

Four days of attempts remaining before I have to make the trek there in person!

  5. My Gold package is grinding to a halt on international links. I just tested Singapore and London and got 0.08 Mb/s....yes, 0.08 !!! which is the worst I have ever seen and it's the same for all countries I try. Thailand is normally about 1.6 Mb/s but is down to 0.8 Mb/s tonight.

    Can it get any worse?

And this is in Ladprao area, not out in the middle of nowhere.

So it's not just me that's having trouble with TOT, good to know and bad :-s

I've been on the speedtest website and latency inside Thailand is fine and download speed is what it usually is.

However when I try pinging anything outside Thailand, even neighbouring countries I get pings of 2,000+. Tried Japan and got 5,000ms ping.

Tried to log on to WoW just now (European server) which usually has a ping of around 700, which well isn't good to start with, tonight it was 12,000! Which basically means you get cut off after about 10 seconds.

Downloads from any UK websites or steaming of audio etc is useless at the moment as well. I've tried searching for a TOT line status page, but have not come accross one and their website is pretty useless. Anyone know if there is a line status page which may shed some more light on the external links out of the country?

EDIT: Living in Suan Luang, Bangkok
