how long you there for?i take my metformin and others from here with me,ok for up to three month
otherwise i'm sure you can get them over the counter in a pharmacie, and for testing, havnt you got a meter to do it yourself?
the best advice, which you propably already had is to change your lifestile and eating habits and if you overweight, loose weight

i tried for about two years to have my yorkies perfect every sunday, not bad for a kraut,ey?
i use equal amounts of plain flour, milk, eggs add a pinch of salt and pepper,i mix it all together with a whisk or an electric stick blender and make sure i get a lot of air into the mix(that together with the eggs makes them rise)then i rest the mix over night in the fridge and in the morning i whisk in another egg and again lots of air,i use muffin tins and put about 2cm of oil or dripping in and put at 200*C in the oven until piping hot, then i add the mixture only to 3/4 full, otherwise my plates are to small for the yorkies, and cook them until golden, and not open the door before they ready
i had in my test period the idea with baking powder and selfraisin flour,it fails miserably, because you adding two raising agents(eggs and baking powder) it doesnt work,i found after

my fav cooking books are the ones from the beautyful cook book series,as the name suggests they are beautyful and give you lots of info about the countries as well as nice and easy to follow recipies and photographs
they are not cheap, but well worth the money spend

My college room mate let me drive his quite a bit. They are really short-coupled so if you let off the gas too quick on an icy road they tend to swap ends real quick. Watch out for that... er...... never mind! They are great rigs. Good luck in your search.
BTW, there is one usually parked up here in Chiang Mai in front of Gecko Books near Tapae Gate.
i like that icy road bit

why doesnt he buy a drive and stick it in himself, takes about 15min on the macbook, just done it myself and then get somebody to try recover the data fom the old one?

its most of western europe i think
the prob is that many dont want to integrate and build their own communities in there adopted homecountries, which made it easier and easier in the past to do so

this exactly same stupid law is in power in germany now and thai spouses, also other nationalities, but there is a few exceptions have to sit a test now and go two a 2-month or longer course in thailand before getting the visa
the results are more then 50% Fail, which is no surprise, different alphabet etc
there is a few exceptions i.e. university graduates dont need the test as they integrate easier???

its easy she just needs to get a schengen visa,as long as she travels with you, this shouldn't be a problem at all, just aply at the embassy of the country, which you wanna enter first
we do that by post and it takes about three days till the passport with visa is back
cost i couldn't tell you,as i'm a german living in guernsey,so my wife gets the visa for free
