  1. thanks again bkk,,you see this is a problem with most articals on photography the clever people that write them, like to discribe in there camera world tonge,,i have not a clue what there talking about half the time, lose interest and try to figure it out my self,,why cant they talk in lay mans terms so we(beginners) can understand what there talking about,

and another question, request,is there a camera jargon code, ive read some, but even them are not easy to understand, writt by professionals, who know there subject in side out,and must presume all is understandable,to a beginner,, there not,

  2. yes it dose help thanks for the detailed post which you have made understandable, i said some time back i want to upgrade my 450d for the reason i had masterd it,,,no i have not,ive just learnt how to use it, is the fact

im always eager to learn what the camera can do,yes ive masterd that,i know what it dose,im eager to learn how these cameras work, then im thinking to go to a pro work class,is that in your opinion the way to go,first learn how the camera works then home the skills to take photo's, ive no interest in wild life or sport my interest is people doing everyday day things to capture expressions in face and body movement, not under studio lighting conditions just general everyday life,,

  3. lets put it another way the question is,which of these will take the better quality picture, colour focus ,set to auto focus, 450d 18 55 lens,or 5d 40 105L lens,in the hands of beginner, or even in the hands of a pro,

or is this a none starter question,

  4. yes i do fully agree i do need educating from a pro work class,, for me when i got my 450d with kit lens 18 55,i think this is a good lens, quick to auto focus and good clear shots in day light,i would take many shots whist sitting in the car as passenger when the g/f was driving,to catch her expressions when driving, and i found auto focus was quick enough to catch them,,then i brought a 50 250 lens, again i think good quick lens for beach shots and so on

then i brought a nifty fifty, not as fast on auto focus but good colours and clear more so for shots of almost still subjects, not very good at focusing in low light in auto mode but ok in manaul, then i got a 85 m prime easy the best lens,, which then made me to think get a better camera better lens,my photos will automaticaly be better,,with training and education progress to get better,,

im a trades man,i understand buying the most exspensive tool will not give me the best results, only when you learn to handle your tools will you get best results,so yes work class is the way forward for me,

one more question, maybe not the last,,why the need for all the photo editing to make a photo look better, i think what you capture in a shot is the photo why mess around with it to make it better,

    thanks for the link bkk

  5. yes been reading about the mk3,,makes me think more to get the mk2 maybe the cost will come to,,,im sure the 5d mk2 will be more than camera enough for me, the 450 is but i feel im missing out on the full frame

just one other thing about the 5d,,why they dont have a flash built in,,

  6. thanks bkk image, for the advice and reply, you have answerd questions ive posted before,i have a 450d,then wanted to upgrade to 7d,instead i borrowed a friends, altough the 7d was much more clever than the 450d, and me

the results where pretty much the same,in photo image quality,,so now im thinking to go all the way and get a 5dmk2 40 105 L lens,

im not a happy snapper,i like to photo close up faces more so,old young men women kids, and general snapping in between,,,

ive read your website many times am member there,i like best your style of photo's,,i think you named, the face of racisism,i think you took whilst you were serving in the forces,,would you send me thhe link to view these images again,,many thanks

im not a big fan of used equipment,as you say for the extra money its worth peace of mind

  7. the friends in question, are local people thai, there rice farmers, not very well of,and can well do with out the cost of the works, or the worry there having in there aged years that there home and gardens are now prone to flooding

would local contractors stoop so low as to either trick these people or even ask for money, knowing there local and not so well off,30.000 bt dose seem a low estimate to plant these under ground sewers,or would local contractors know thats the limit these people could afford to pay,,,either way,its there life savings, pay up or get flooded out,,what choice do they have,, i have the feeling they are concerned not to rock the boat with the road contractors,

thanks for the advice,i will ask my friend to speak there corner at the local office,,

  8. a friend has just told me the local council or goverment in thai has been building a new high way road, that runs past there homes ,now when the project started early this year ,the said home owners were assured that new sewer work would be under-taken to prevent there homes and land flooding from rain water falling from the new road,,, the contractors are now out side there home, asking or demanding if you like they have to pay bt 30.000 for the sewer work to be carried out,has the funds have now ran out,if they do not or can not pay, with in 3 weeks the road contractors leave site, with out carrying out the needed sewer works,

is this usualy practice, for contractors to ask for money for the works,or just the norm local goverment run out of funds and ask payment from home owners,

is there any one they can turn to for help,or do the contractors have final say,,,no money no sewer work,

  9. if you want the name of a good English speaking thai layer based in phuket thai let me know I will post you her details,,I've been dealing with her for some time and she is no nonsense she will tell you straight ,this is her field,

there is a way to get your car house and even your cash back,,i know for a fact,no matter whos name it is in,there is a law in thai civil partner act,,where you can legally claim back 50% of cash and goods, married or not,,

up to you if you want her details or any one else dose be happy to pass them on,,i will email her to get her permision first before passing on her details,to any one,,

i cant open post her details has she will not take phone calls unless from a known contact, and will not see cold callers at her office,

  10. Well, if the items you mentioned are acquired after the marriage, you are entitled to 50% of the assets. If they are acquired before the marriage they belongs to you.

Just noticed that everything is in your wifes name. So If you bought the houses and the car before you got married.......bad "luck". :(

wrong,, even if they are not legaly married he is inilteld to half of everything no matter whos name it is in, but you can only claim back 50% of what you brought in the last 5 years(i think its 5 years)

including any cash you gave her,,if you have bank statements for proof,,

  11. seems to me your agenda is different than what you explained in your first post?

not at all.this firm was recommend by a friend of a friend,I had primary talk with one co worker now nothing,I want to know why,I want to contact them bye email,

  12. Nothing i do is secret from my teerak. Honestly in the two years i have been dating my gf, i have visited her one time. She on the other hand visited me two separate times (but we met 3 times in America). The first time she came to america, 2009, it was kind of by luck that we met. We liked each other so she came back in 2010 and 2011 for 4-5 months each year. I went to thailand late 2010 until early 2011. Next time i am not sure who will go to see who. I'm addicted to her, so if one of us ends it, it will be her. My gf and i are the same age, so we have never had any problems in that department.

what do you mean you are both the same age so no problems in what department, you seem not to be in visit one time or two time a year b/f ,good for you both hope your relationship is a lasting one,

Yeah. I'm really hoping and praying that a total stranger has a meaningful relationship with another total stranger and I'll lay awake at night with concern about these internet strangers ...............................

    C'mon guys, who gives a sh...it ?

I would hazard a guess that the majority of relationship posts are trolls, why on earth would a total stranger seek advice from total strangers about a relationship with a person that nobody but himself knows ?

Too crazy to be believed.......welcome to ThaiVisa

no ones asking for advice on a relationship,
