    Amulet repair

Thanks for your friendly advise, Khun Mahseer and Orang37. Tiphanet amulet market was just the right place. 1.5 hours work and 300 THB for gold smith and acrylic housing. According to two different experts the alloy is standard for amulet frames: 90% gold, no rip-off at all. BTW - The "Ong" is Luang Phor Ngoen.

    Amulet repair

The frame is 96.5% Thai gold, discolored from years long wearing, and photographed under poor lightning. But back to my questions: Can anybody help with a hint to a gold smith?

    Amulet repair

The plastic case of my amulet broke. Now I'm looking for a gold smith who disassembles and later re-assembles the gold frame, and an experienced plastic case maker, using quality material Can anyone give me an up-to-date advice? Thanks

    Car wash

Since my favorite car wash for many years close to the Rati Lanna curve closed down permanently I'm looking for an alternative: reasonable prices (Fortuner not more than 300 THB, 150 cc motorcycle not more than 200 THB), serious work, honesty. Preferably in Saraphi or close to Chiang Mai - Lamphun Rd. (#106) or Mahidon Rd (#1141). Thanks in advance for helpful recommendations.
  9. Thanks for sharing your really nice pics, especially with this beautiful classic bike.
  10. Be fair, please! Many are no idiots - having an IQ not exceeding 90 doesn't make you generally an idiot. They are simply uneducated. And this is simply and only a defect Thai governance and its system are responsible for.
  11. Owning and using metal detectors is strictly forbidden by law for private persons in Thailand.
  12. Be sure that at the very same moment I‘ll be tested positiv I‘ll develop heavy symptoms of any kind I can imagine known for Covid. Insurance problem solved.
  13. I would bring the parcel to the Airport Post Office (GoogleMaps is your friend).
  14. The blue nurse in the middle of the pic seems to be going to give the virus a “special“ good bye greeting … May it work!
