In my view, it should be mandatory to have seat belts on while over Bay of Bengal, as  I travel BKK to Europe every month and always some degree of turbulence  while over Bay of Bengal

a very delicate issue: now drunk and stoned russian drivers to worry about .. 

Bay of Bengal-tigers will get you every time... continuous turbulence flying through that area and never take off my seat belt  

russkie will pull off a Taksin maneuver.... and back behind a wheel again... so do not drive at night is my advise !!!
