Anyone can recommend me a roofing specialist.
I'm living in Phuket Golden Ville 3 and have leaks from the roof since I moved in. Looks like all the previous guys just did a temporary job.
Thanks in advance.

OP sent me a PM, but I would like to put it here for others to comment on. He wanted to know how long it takes from central Bangkok to Hua Hin.
I think that to a certain degree depends on the time of day. Obviously around rush hour will be a bit longer. I haven't done this trip in a long time. And I believe a new road has been built?
Can others help here?
I've done it several times and it takes me 2 hours the most.

I'm thinking about a extension for some time but I'm never be sure that I can pick it up after 30 days. As a freelance offshore worker I never know well in advance when I have to go.

Yes they did, and the Singaporian lady when checking your papers will tell you that you need 400.000 for that. If you have only 100.000 they will give you only a 3 month single entry.

Just a update for your guys as I went to Singapore this week for a new Non Imm O (married) visa.
Although by email correspondence the Royal Thai Embassy wrote me that I would not get more then 3 months as I was not Singaporian I decided to try it anyway as I prefer staying in Singapore above KL where I did it the last 3 years.
I had all the required paperwork as posted on their website.
Extra paperwork I brought with me was a signed copy of my passport (not required) signed copy of my wifes tambien baan (not required but she took it anyway)
The Singaporian lady check all paperwork before you hit the counter (what only speeds up the whole process as there are still people without the correct documents).
The whole process tooks me less then 30 minutes and the next day collection was about 5 minutes. On both days I have not seen more then 20 people the time I was there. So very convinient compaired to KL.

We all know that real democracy and reds won't mix. (its his way and no other way) Feel sorry for all the people who believed in them.

" Mr Chuvit then performed a cursing rite as he scraped the road leading to Parliament with a spelled dagger as a sign forbidding corrupt politicians from entering Parliament and cursing them to an eternal abyss, but he wished good politicians happiness and prosperity. "
Must be a lonely afair for him in parliament if the corrupt ones can not enter.

I did it last month went in 14:30 and my taxi left 14:40 to get the 17:10 flight with Malaysia to Phuket. Plenty of time no worries.

Phua Thai might win the elections but need others to form a government. That is where the Democrats will win, to be able to form a government.

I have a credit card (visa) from Siam Commercial in Phuket. I have it now for 5 years and it is on my wife's account as she is my quarantor. I didn't need a deposit account with equal balance. And I don't work in Thailand.
-
Does anyone know if you can make the 17:10 hrs return flight on Malaysia Airlines (to Phuket) after collecting your passport at the Royal Thai Embassy.
Thanks in advance.

Is there any one who knows if the Thai Consulate in Bali gives Non Imm O (marriage) Multiple Entries.

Thanks for the replies, appreciated.

Just lost a pin out of my wristband from my Tag Heuer watch. Any recommendations were to get it fixed with a polishing as well. Phuket and Bangkok based shops will do!
-
Does anybody know if they issue Non Imm O (marriage) mulitple entries in Bali. Like you said before its not a bad place to wait a few days on your visa.

I tried it once there and walked out as they where asking some silly documents. A'dam is just 30 minutes away and it is in and out easy as that.
-
Your lucky, because its way easier to get a visa in A'dam. I tried it once in The Hague (difficult people there) never again!

Nothing wrong with BKK it is Phuket what has to speed up and not only for Thai workers but for everybody who wants to come in to spend their money here!!!

You better avoid the West Coast as it is the wettest month for Phuket, Phang Nga and Ranong.
