webfact Posted September 6, 2017 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Man and two girls killed when a huge tree crashed into their motorbike By Thai PBS LAMPANG: -- A man, his daughter and a niece were killed when a huge tree was uprooted and crashed into a motorcycle in which they were travelling in Muang Pan district of Lampang Wednesday morning (Sept 6). The adult was identified as Sukim Boontu, 57, a resident of Village 8 in Tambon Hua Muang, Muang Pan district, Lampang13 News Online reported. Police said that Sukim rode his motorcycle with the two girls on the pillion to send them to school. As they arrived at a bridge spanning across a creek, a huge Pradu tree (Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz) suddenly broke and crashed into trio, instantly killing Sukim.
