smedly Posted November 17, 2017 Share Posted November 17, 2017 Midas, you need to read my post again, I am not saying that driving lessons tests etc are not required or that they are ineffective but they have a limited effect and are not the answer for Thailands road carnage The system in the UK for new drivers is effective and required for everyone wanting to obtain a licence but take away the police and other enforcement infrastructures and you would have carnage on UK roads just like Thailand - Law enforcement is key Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
