Using Internet Explorer https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do Filled out form, clicked "submit" .... no go, comes up "Please contact Immigration" There seem to be several sites linked to 90 day report. ubonjoe Posted June 27, 2019 Share Posted June 27, 2019 That means your record could not be found in the database the system searches when you click submit. ItI can be due to having a new passport issued since your last entry to the country or an entry prior to 2013. It can also be an error you made when entering the info one of the required fields marked with a *. Best ot only completed the require fields. Not using the drop down menu for your nationality is a common error. Not entering the dates as day/month/year. Not entering all of the TM6 number. That is the correct link for the site and there is no other one you can use.
